I had a slip and fall. I was injured, not sure which route to take. Insurance company was not returning all of my calls. Went online and went into a bingo cage of lawyers from a site I can't recall, but when Lawyers of Bucks county was googled, I was host to a vast number of attorney's, which, I received many return calls within a few short minutes. The most impressive, and most honest, to me, was Ted Kaplun of KaplunMarx. He listened to my description of the incident, non interrupting to show off his intelligence, until I had finished . (The first two firms that responded, were not as willing to be so patient) To me, that meant there was a great deal of respect to be had in what turned out to be a short lived professional relationship. I have a busy schedule, and could only see him after my work hours, which he had no issues with accommodating. When I presented my case to Ted, it was at a stalemate. Not for long. Within a few days, Ted had started shaking the branches at the top of the tree. The ones I couldn't reach. All avenues concerning approach, presentation and settlement, were discussed and made perfectly clear before Ted was comfortable with me leaving his office. A swift and serpent tongued negotiation ensued, and in a VERY short time, my case had settled.
