If you're reading this, you're obviously in a tight spot and need the absolute best available. Stop looking, Tom Olsen NEEDS to be your representation. I highly recommend Tom Olsen. He was personable, understanding, knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, and did everything possible to get me the best outcome for a second offense DUI. Contacted Tom on a possible felony possession charge with marijuana and edibles, amongst three other minor violations. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the laws governing this, he also knows how the interpretation of the laws vary from county to county in Nebraska. He is also very calm and collected as is his staff. Upon meeting him, I immediately knew that I had contacted the right attorney. His staff is also very welcoming and respectful. All said and done, he got the possible felony reduced to an infraction charge and got two of the other three charges dropped. He saved us a ton of money and future hardships that could have occurred with a felony or a misdemeanor conviction. HE IS THE MAN FOR THE JOB AND IS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL IN HIS CAREER. To Tom I was unfortunately apprehended by Douglas county on a major possession 12 pounds felony facing 5-25 not to mention I don’t even live in Nebraska Im from Las Vegas...so I post bond but I’m on some program that didn’t allow me to leave the state he got that lifted allowed me to be with my family, hold my kids, love my girl...I thought I was done for but Tom said I got you and he did....got the charges lowered no felony no possession simple ticket 2500 dollar fine and i never had to come back to Nebraska for court if you asked me it was worth every penny if you are in trouble give Tom a call he will get it done I can’t speak on every situation because every person Diffrent but I can say I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else in the courtroom beside me...he kept me in the loop I didn’t feel like I was on the back burner reply to text phone calls he was real.
