Hands down for my experience with this Law Firm. I was very unsure of how this process would go. Mr. Gooding asked the right questions to determine which chapter was best for me when filing. We did our consultation over the phone. However, I wanted to meet face to face before signing the papers. Mr. Gooding and his team was on board and immediately scheduled a in person appointment that met my schedule. That sealed the deal and helped me make my decision. The process was very quick, easy, stress-free and they always kept me in the loop of next steps. Logan and Brandi was very patient, kind and reassuring when I wasn't sure. I'll start by saying I looked into multiple bankruptcy attorneys before deciding to go with Cliff Gooding. With every single attorney I met with I was either unsatisfied or just plain crepped out. One attorney even talked about experimental drugs and lotions (I wish I was kidding). At The Gooding Law Firm I ALWAYS felt comfortable and more than taken care of! I doubt anyone desires to find themselves in need of bankruptcy services; however, if you find yourself in need of help, you MUST contact Cliff Gooding and his team. I contacted many attorneys and friends in an effort to locate an attorney that had the skills, knowledge, and motivation to provide the help I needed. All roads led to Clif Gooding and his team. I actually had another attorney tell me "if he had my financial issues, he would be contacting Clif Gooding." I also had a friend who was a previous attorney who also highly recommended Clif. If you are in this situation, it is my opinion that your first concern should be how to locate the attorney that WILL work very hard to ensure you get the best possible outcome for your specific situation. I had a real mess on my hands!
