Douglas was my attorney: Honestly screwed myself, shot myself in the foot with a felony aggravated DUI after 2 priors. Really needed to get my life together. I read reviews on here and thought they may have been exaggerated… but I was WRONG. Met with Douglas and got the game-plan laid out. He gave me (stern) recommendations to prepare for court. Doug wants to WIN and you need to give him ammo. -30 day Rehab -weekly/biweekly AA meetings -any other recommendations he gives you You give Doug what he needs, and he can work MAGIC!!! Me looking at 5 years in prison max turned into a plea deal of 90 days probation and 4 years of unsupervised probation, got my fines taken from $1000 to $100. Many other requirements were removed. It feels like I dodged a bullet, I couldn’t believe it. The feeling of leaving court for the last time was EUPHORIC. And along the way, he helps you turn your life around. He gets how horrible alcohol can be and he doesn’t judge you at all. He is on YOUR team. Make sure you do what he tells you because he knows what he’s talking about. I’d recommend Doug to anybody who screwed up big time and needs mercy and a helping hand. Thank you Hunsucker!!!! Edit: Mine is also deferred so I’m not charged with a felony. I can’t guarantee anyone else’s outcome, but I can guarantee Doug will go above and beyond for you. Great guy.

Can't say enough about this firm! After a bad decision I was charged with a DUI, transportationof an open container and failure to yield. Scared and not sure what to do I contacted Hunsucker based on reviews on a Sunday evening and got a call back within 15mins. The team has been great always willing to help and answer questions. My criminal case is still in progress however Brian and team won the DPS case! This was a huge victory as losing my license would have been devastating as my job requires me to travel. 1 down 1 to go I will update after my criminal trial has concluded. Update....Criminal case will conclude next week after 6 months of probation which is a huge win for my situation. I had expected to get the usual punishment for a 1st offense. But I think some teamwork in the background from the entire staff helped to get an amazing outcome. Received a 1-yr deferred for the criminal part. Not bad. But, for the DPS side, Brian, Nick, and staff found the needle in the haystack. They noticed the minor mistake made by the prosecutor, capitalized on it, and left the Judge with no other choice than to end with the words 'Revocation Denied'. And trust me, from what I saw, it took some deliberate maneuvering to get there and keep the prosecutor from noticing until it was too late. I still can't believe what happened. So, no license modification, no interlock device, no more wasted time, effort, and cost with this situation. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys to help you through the ordeal. They never guaranteed the outcome either way - they just said they'd do everything they could and methodically turned over every stone. Their diligence, experience, and persistence made the difference in getting the result I was hoping for. Kudos to Hunsucker Legal Group for a job well done!
