Words cannot explain how blessed i am to have Sarah Willey and her staff assist me on getting true joint custody of my son. Word of advice, do not go through legal aid.....ever. Trust Ball Morse Lowe. They were with me the whole process and i really did not have to do anything besides show my documentation of how i was taking care of my son, insurance, etc. The process put my mind at ease because she handled everything for me and always listened and took into consideration of how i felt about certain situations during the case. I am beyond thankful for them. Before them i thought i was going to lose my son. Dads do not worry about how much a lawyer cost, they have payment plans. I recently was faced with some troubling legal issues that hit me like a train from nowhere. I was shocked and new to the legal system; I had never even been on the receiving end of a ticket let alone locked up on false charges and facing a judge. I was frantic and looking for attorneys to help me. I was refereed Thomas Swafford from another attorney in town and gave him a call. He was quick to give me a call back and as I explained the situation to him, he was very helpful in explaining how the process will work from all perspectives. After some quick explanations to get me caught up to speed. I had more than enough information to decide what path I wanted to take in defense. Thomas did not try and pressure me or "fear tactic" me into getting an attorney immediately and wasting money. I explained I was going to look at some other options around town and get back to him, to which he was more than understanding about. The next day he had followed up with just to see where I was standing and if I was still needing counsel. Luckily enough for myself the charges were all being dropped by the state. And I wouldn't even need legal counsel. I explained this to Thomas, and he was just as excited as me! (Well not quite, I was over the moon.) But he did not care that he possibly lost out on a client or the retainer fee that comes with it. He was genuinely happy that I got the case taken care of without costing me much money. After explaining to him the events leading up to the dismissal of charges he was just as friendly and cordial as when I first called him. He was more than happy to answer some more legal questions I had regarding moving forward, and even offered to help with those services in the future. All in all, I had a great experience with Mr. Swafford and would 10/10 recommend his services to anyone looking for a quality attorney that is truly interested in getting to know and helping the defendant. Not just collecting a paycheck and getting out of court as soon as possible.

My siblings and I inherited over 25 Mineral Deeds and one land deed (in eleven different Oklahoma counties) from our parents when they passed several years ago. I had put off the task of transferring the rights and property from their trusts as we needed to find an attorney in Oklahoma and had no recommendations. My introduction to Glenn Brown was preceded by my ex filing more frivolous motions to harass the kids and I because I had obtained out of state employment. After being dragged into court more than 20 times by my ex, even after the divorce was final, I had racked up a huge attorney debt and had little to show for it. Having a less than fruitful experience with my first attorney, I was not interested in hiring yet another attorney and had considered appearing in court Pro Se. After meeting Glenn Brown, I am so thankful that I decided to pay for another attorney and forego the Pro Se route. In short, when you hear the phrase, “great attorney”, think… Glenn Brown. Glenn is extremely experienced in family law and has a phenomenal grasp of both state statutes and case law. Her motions and exhibits were impeccably well organized and time after time she laid out cogent and persuasive arguments in my defense against a flurry of baseless motions initiated by my ex and her attorney. Glenn is very proactive in her approach to building a case and was always spot-on with every motion, brief and exhibit. Most importantly, she is very confident, adept and persuasive in her arguments to the Court and easily defeated opposing counsel arguments with her solid knowledge of case law and state statutes. From a client’s perspective, I greatly appreciated Glenn’s pragmatism and cooperative attitude when dealing with client expectations and frustrations. She takes a partnership approach with clients and you never feel like she is talking down to you or leaving you out of the decision making process. She takes the time to explain everything she wants to do and solicits client input. I can’t say enough “good things” about Glenn in this short review but, from my experience with other attorneys, Glenn is head and shoulders above her peers. If I should ever again require legal services in Oklahoma I would immediately contact Glenn as my first choice. I’d also like to give a “shout out” to Glenn’s legal assistant, Alysia, whose excellent administrative support allowed Glenn to focus on the legal aspects of my case and not be distracted with case administration.
