I consulted M/S Tesoroni & LeRoy about two years ago when my son and I filed our I-485 (adjustment of status) applications in a family-based immigration category. Mr. Lawrence K. Leroy provided great advice at that time to help us file our applications. Months after our interview earlier this year, to our surprise we received an initial denial from the USCIS and we immediately consulted with Mr. LeRoy. We were lucky to have Mr. LeRoy as a lawyer to file service motion on our behalf. He filed a motion at the local immigration office in Newark in an expedited manner. Attorney Leroy presented very strong arguments and was able to convince the USCIS that they were at fault in their denial and their interpretation of the law. He was able to get reopening of the cases rather quickly for us. He not only saved us money worth many hundreds of dollars in terms of the filing fees which would otherwise be due in requests for reopen/re-consider short of a successful service motion that he filed but also saved us invaluable time as well. We were able to adjust our statuses to permanent residents soon after thanks to his efforts. We are eternally grateful to have had Mr. LeRoy to represent us in our immigration case, and we are very happy for the service we received and the excellent results. We hired Mr Leroy after a long search for a good lawyer to take my case. we went to almost 15 different lawyer consults about my case which was very complicated. I was on deportation status. Almost all the lawyers we went to either told us my case was impossible, i would never get an adjustment of status, or the either asked for over $20k and even with that it wasn't guaranteed. When we went to Mr Leroy from a family members recommendation who he also got him the green card also and his case was also not easy. What we liked and respected the most about Mr Leroy was his honesty, integrity, and fairness. He told us everything we needed to know about the process, and really put all his efforts into it. he basically did for us the impossible. and with all that his pricing was very very fair, we never argued with him or bargained on any money issues because he truly deserved every penny. He is very professional, replies to emails very quickly, his office is professional and gets everything done in an orderly fashion. After a couple of years i was granted my work authorization and deportation status removed. AND just yesterday granted my green card. It was a day i never thought i would see. thanks to God and Mr Leroy's efforts i am now a legal resident. We highly recommend him to everyone, he definitely knows his stuff the ins and outs. The best lawyer in town. Attorney Lawrence Leroy have believe in my case when nobody believes I have a case or thinks I have any chance of winning my case. He made known to me from the beginning of my case that I had a very hard case, back in 2008, when my case first went to immigration court. He even prepared my mind that we could be threw out of court on our very court date dued to the toughness of my case. On our first date in court, all the other attorneys made fun of us after listening to my case. The current Judge then who was later removed from my case, said "Leroy likes to challenge himself ". Years after years, Attorney Leroy didn't give up on me as he continues to research for solution to my case untill he found the perfect solution that led to his filed motion that led to the Judge termination of my case which meant he won the case for me, by having faith from the beginning and God himself working all the way with our faith together in leading both of us to victory in 2019.
