On point! On point! On point! I can’t say enough about them. As I started my search for attorneys I found Yaniv & Associates. As I read their reviews and saw that they keep their word to what they say and do. I became more convinced that they will help me with my divorce. I reached out to them and had a-lot of questions. They were patient with me and answered all my questions. I was in correspondence with paralegal Ms. Brittany. Very helpful and patient. As I decided to render their services they helped me along the way and kept me abreast on the process and the next steps. As I paid for their services including the expedited fee to process my paperwork faster, they immediately jumped on my case. They contacted me as they said they would. Discussed my case and started drawing up a draft and sent to me for my review. . Shortly thereafter they sent the complete documentation for me to sign as well as for my ex to sign. Once we signed the documents, Yaniv and Associates sent my documents immediately to receive a judgment. With in a month after they sent my divorce paperwork with in 4/5 weeks I received an email that the judge granted the divorce. I was so elated and happy to hear this news. I want to thank the Yaniv & Associates for making the process smooth and easy. Thank you for helping me close one chapter in my life and helping me move on to my next chapter. It was easy to get in contact with someone to help with my case and I would've given them a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, I paid for the expedited services end of Decemeber ( I'd say January since it was the holidays), but I wasn't granted my divorce until September. Despite the extra time it took, the company remained professional and continue to update me throughout the process. I am relieved everything went well and the divorce was finalized without any worries. I barely had to do anything but sign and notarized paperwork, which was a breeze. Initially, I attempted to do the divorce filing on my own, but it didn't work out and took over 2 years. However, once I gave it to this law firm, it was done (not exactly on time) but without the stress. So its still a win win. If I didn't pay expedited services or was even given back the extra payment I made for those services then I would've given a 5 star review. Since I paid for the services and the "expedited" part was provided then i feel somewhat compelled to give a lower star rating. Yet again, that doesn't take away from the exemplary services that I received. I'd definitely recommend them.

Anytime I called the office I was greeted warmly and they answered any questions I had at the time and always advised me to call back if I had more questions later. My divorce was uncontested and didn't have anything tied up between my spouse and I so it was over and finalized with in 2 months to my surprise. I was all ready for a 6 month to 1 year ordeal but nope 2 months was all it took. Yaniv & Associates communicates by email and phone and if you live close by you can go to the office. I've always handled things electronically so handling everything by email and phone during a COVID pandemic was so much easier. Their prices are extremely cheap compared to other lawyers I spoke with and it's a base price you pay. It only cost more if you run into issues with getting things settle between you and your spouse. Luckily because my spouse didn't fight the divorce, I only had to pay the base price and nothing more.

I would like to start by saying I am a REAL client who is just finishing up my divorce case with Yaniv and associates. When looking for a "uncontested" divorce lawyer in my area, it was a nightmare! I reside in staten island. EVERY Attorney I called explained this case pretty much was "Not worth their time"! You can draw your own conclusions to why. I called Yaniv based on the internet search and great reviews and from DAY 1 they were extremely helpful, answered EVERY question and concern I had. I chose to go to the office in pomona rather than do it online as I am a very detailed ocd person and I wanted to be face to face. The process was excellent! I arrived, filled out paperwork with my spouse, saw Daniel Yaniv and went through what we wanted etc. and was out of there within an hour! Against better judgement, I married my now ex husband. You know it's doomed when the day before your wedding, you're having major second thoughts. Anyway the marriage lasted 3 years, and i was desperate to get divorced, my friend Frank told me about Daniel, and how he and his now ex used Yaniv and associates and within 2 months they were divorced. I didn't need to do more than tell my ex to keep an eye out for papers, so there was little need for uncomfortable communication. I must admit that I was really nervous about the procedure and using an online company, but after speaking to them on the phone (a number of times, actually, because I was a bit anxious to be sure everything went through OK) they were all friendly and helpful. I also felt that when I called, they immediately pulled up my information and I could always get what I needed from the person who answered the phone. However the lawyer I got I was not pleased with at ALLL!!. Abraham C. Weiss was his name. He never called me to update me on anything. I had to call to find out what was going on allll the time. Every time I called I got the same answer. Said he was going to call the court that my paper work was sent to, to see why it was taking so long to be signed. Never called them and never got back to me on what was going on. I ended up going with someone else that I just happen to ask while he was out of the office.
