I contacted Crescent City Law Firm for my first traffic ticket, which I felt was truly worth contesting. From my first phone call with them, John's team was completely professional and just pleasantly personable. Carl was very welcoming when I called to discuss my situation. Lauren handled my case so smoothly that I didn't even have to pay much attention to it. And even though there are many variables to these cases, my ticket was dismissed! There were no hidden fees, and everything was seamless. I highly recommend Crescent City Law! They are outstanding!

I had a misdemeanor case back in 2018. After visiting almost 5-10 lawyers in the area,I finally came across them especially Attorney John. He was the best attorney that i met amongst all. He assured me about my case and also gave a very reasonable price. He handled my case and got a me a dismissal. If you are facing any kind of issue with the law just call John! He and his team will help you to get out of the bad situation in a very little time! I contacted John on Thursday 20th October for a traffic ticket I got at the beginning of the month and it required a mandatory court appearance. I explained the situation and he let me talk to Carl. Carl was very helpful and in few minutes I sent all the documents he needed and everything was done. He told me that the answer could have arrived within 30 days. But yesterday Tuesday 25th October John told me the case was dismissed and no court appearance was required anymore! I really liked the way they talk to their clients, they really care about you and they will help you decreasing your stress level in these situations. Amazing, top-notch experience! I wish I could give 6/5 stars. John and the CCL team have been amazing through their time working on my expungement. He was able to assess the situation left by my former attorney, and use the pertinent information to make headway towards getting my charge officially expunged. I hired John Radziewicz to represent me in an expungement case as an out-of-state defendant. Due to covid there were many snags in the case initially (with courts being closed indefinitely, mail being considerably slowed, and multiple natural disasters causing every step of the process to take even longer than it normally would). In spite of all of these obstacles and setbacks Mr. Radziewicz stayed on top of my case, continued to advocate for me at every step of the process, and was, after all that, successfully able to get my convictions expunged. I was charged a (very reasonable!) flat rate up front and there were no unexpected charges even though the process took longer than expected and John had to do extra work on my behalf -- in fact I was actually refunded some money when part of the process didn't go as planned. I had overall a great experience with this law firm and with John specifically. I will hopefully never need to hire a lawyer in Louisiana again but if I do I will absolutely choose Crescent City Law.

This firm was recommended by an attorney friend who practices in a different city. I couldn't be happier with the result. I was hit and my car was totaled. I've never had an accident in 24 years driving including 14 on motorcycles. I got hit by a delivery van on a one way street and although my insurance declared it not my fault, I was still cited for negligent operation. There was no evidence one way nor the other, the only witness was the driver of the commercial van that hit me. I retained Johns services, made a payment on the beginning of the working relationship, and never had to appear in court. It took six months but I just got word that the case was dismissed by the DA. The circumstances of the allegation should never have warranted a case or trial, but the way John and his firm handled my end of it was beautifully simple. I could call or email any time with questions, he got the necessary information from my insurance company, and whatever he did yielded the best possible outcome. Five stars all the way.

Strongly recommend that you use Crescent city law!!! I came down with my now fiancé to get engaged in the beautiful French quarter, unfortunately we went a little too hard on bourbon street. Needless to say I ended up with two tickets but I was not able to stay in New Orleans and take care of it.
