Always listens to the problems patiently and explains themselves. Christa knows exactly what has to be done to resolve a case. She is awesome! We would have given them 10 stars if possible. They are the best in the town. We recommend if you have a situation that is complex, go to them .. you may think they are expensive but trust us, your money is not going to be wasted! I hired this firm for a Domestic Assault charge I was falsely accused of. It took over a year to resolve. They took care of me during the entire process even when further violations where added again falsely. Had a horrible ex with mental health issues continue to make ridiculous and false claims. They in the end where able to defend and protect me from these charges. They explained the process and took care of everything so I could relax. Was difficult time so having a good lawyer who listens and cares during such a stressful and troubling time is comforting. The legal system is flawed when it comes to these type situations. It's really beneficial to have a lawyer that can help and protect you from such a flawed system. Aaron was my lead attorney and I cannot express how great he has been during the process.

Unfortunately but fortunately I've worked with Groshek Law before. What I mean is that whenever you need attorney help that means something isn't going right or your way. Ii have stuck with them for over 10 years because I know they are alway looking out for my best interest, explaining things in a manner I understand which allows me to make an informed decision. They always keep me up to date with what's going on and answer questions in a timely manner. I've never had a bad experience with Groshek Law and I try and refer anyone I can who needs help with legal matters. Anytime you need legal help you have to be honest about what is going on in your situation no matter what. Sometimes that can be hard because of embarrassment, pride or you don't think it matters. I was divorced a couple of years ago and had a “property” issue with my ex. The property was my dog Gus. I consider him family but in a divorce a pet is considered property. I was originally represented on the iron range and the courts did not abide by the decree and the entire process was a nightmare. I feel like my ex and his lawyer had a “ good ole boys” relationship with the district court judge. The district court awarded my dog to my abusive ex husband even though I adopted Gus prior to my marriage and he was awarded to me in the decree. I researched law firms with experience in pet custody/family law experience. I am so eternally grateful to Misty Myers and her team! She is amazing!! We filed an appeal and Misty did an amazing job representing me. She was a rockstar in appeals court. The judges(all 3 of them) came back with their decision and I was awarded my dog!! He was to be returned to me. They agreed with me and agreed that the district court did not follow the law. I wish I had hired Misty for my divorce. If only I could go back in time. Our family is forever grateful for the legal defense we received from Groshek Law and the expert doctors they have in their network! Our son was maliciously misdiagnosed with abusive head trauma, and we were subject to a Child Protection process that never should have been. We were confused and lost as to how to navigate this process let alone being extremely concerned about what was actually medically wrong with our son....until we met Groshek Law. After our first meeting with Christa Groshek and her team, they knew exactly what was going on with our son and how to navigate the difficult process we had been forced into because of our son's misdiagnosis. I had a young man living in my home whom I was providing adult foster care for. He repaid my generosity with complaining to his case manager by telling all sorts of lies about him being physically abused in my home by me. Well of course you know how this story goes. His case manager she never met me, she never been to my home. She went to his job and talked with him and this is how everything got started. She made him a promise that she would remove him from my home and place him in a group home. She made two different vulnerable adult reports stating that his was being abused. I ended up receiving a maltreatment finding and a $1,000.00 fine because of this web of lies. If this maltreatment finding was to be finalized, it could have negativley impacted my life. I spoke with an attorney I work with to get some direction of where to get assistance with this situation. He pointed me in the direction of Christa Groshek. He informed me that Ms. Groshek once worked for our office and she handles maltreatment cases. I contacted Ms. Groshek and she immediately met with me. After meeting with her I knew that everything was going to be all right. During the hearing Ms. Groshek asked me if Kelly Moore could take the lead on this case and I agreed. Let me tell you, (readers) these two women together were a POWER HOUSE, the prosecutor couldn't keep up with them. I have never seen a dynamic duo combination like Ms. Moore and Ms. Groshek. They worked so smoothly and with such precision. Needless to say, I received a letter from DHS in June 2015, stating that all charges were REVERSED....No Maltreatment finding and No $1,000.00 fine.
