Filing bankruptcy was one of the biggest and toughest decisions I've ever had to make and I struggled with it for over a year. I know two people who've had to make the same decision and one of them used Geraci and the other used a competitor. Neither had a bad experience so no need to mention the other but my friend who used Geraci seemed to have only good things to say so that's who I chose and I'm so glad I did! My first appt. was with Brent Berning and he put all the ducks in a row and made me feel so relieved because he had everything laid out perfectly how it would work and found debts I wasn't even aware that I still had. My second appt. was with Abraham Pinon and the process took less than an hour! Seriously, very professional and more importantly they really make you feel at ease about everything. Great personalities and very organized! Both appt's were actually in under an hr. and my checks immediately stopped getting garnished and they set up a reasonable payment plan which is the only way I could've done this. Filing bankruptcy never even entered our mind when we started realizing that we could no longer keep up on our bills. It was a decision we were not proud of, but ran out of any other option. We narrowed the list of law firms down to a handful, then based our pick on all of the reviews we found. I called and asked a question about my social security card and was told I could use a copy because my original was not in my possession. The day of court my stuff wasn't accepted.
