Really enjoyed their last web based discussion with the USCCA. Knowledgeable team to keep us informed and raising our awareness bar! Tom did a fantastic job in presenting valuable insight during the q and a portion!
Rick Berger
I always look forward to Tom's legal input on all matters related to concealed carry and self defense. His comments are always presented in a down-to-earth style and it makes we lay-people feel so much better informed about our rights and our responsibilities. Keep up the great work.
Thank you
Rick Berger

Just watched another amazing episode on USCCA. I would like to personally thank Tom and his entire team for providing with us with there amazing knowledge and expertise. I truly appreciate the the time you make to answer our questions. It's great to have you in the USCCA family. 🙏🙏🙏 …
Charles Corbett
After reviewing a few of Tom's appearances on YouTube on behalf of the USCCA, I find his frank and experienced discussions to be a great benefit to all USCCA members. His advice is sound and his approach is easy and informative. Thanks Tom for your advice and welcome assistance in helping the "good guys and gals" stay informed and prepared if the day comes when they are forced to protect themselves or their loves ones.
Peter Mccue
I've experienced Tom's sessions before, and appreciate that he always says he's NOT giving legal advice, but advocating knowing existing law for your own city and state, and talking with a qualified attorney for specific advice. He gives the best suggestions possible to questions, based on his experiences as a prosecutor and as a defense attorney. I also appreciate his making time for these sessions, and the positive suggestions of where to go for help, as well as things that definitely should NOT be done.
James Lindsay
Mr. Tom Grieve . Thank you So much . These discussions are great for making you think. I understand that the questions are scenarios but not only do they foster discussion, but make you think. With great power comes great responsibility. When we make decisions we need to be well equipped with knowledge to make the best decision at the time. But , we are still accountable at the end of the day fro our actions.
Larry Hazel
Having watched several of your presentations, Tom, I will say they just keep getting better. Wish you were closer to me in FL. (Come February, you probably do, too.)
Always learn something new from you and Kevin. Greatly appreciate your insights and experience.
Barry Beadles
I really appreciate all the GREAT responses to the great and ridiculous questions ask during sessions w/ USCCA podcast. Tom has a great sense of explanation in 2nd amendment scenarios from the legal side and the piratical side. Thanks so much for taking the time from your real job to answer questions for the Members of USCCA.

This is the 2nd USCCA webinar I've seen with Tom answering questions about when you can and when you shouldn't shoot, and what at you can expect legally after you use lethal force. I believe this knowledge is just as critical to know as it is to become proficient with your firearm. Most people have no idea what goes on in court in self-defense setting. Tom reinforces that you must know the laws and be able to articulate why you did what you did based on your training.
Ron Stackler
As a lawyer myself I can appreciate the quality of Tom's answers to the questions thrown at him that require thinking fast on one's feet. His responses were excellent. I learned a lot listening to a fellow lawyer experienced in this specialty.
David
Tom does an amazing job with a sticky subject! Law varies from state to state or county to county sometimes! I believe he is very good an insuring the person asking the question to be diligent and to find out the Laws that may come into action! Thanks again for good advice and Gob Bless

Tom Grieve is undoubtedly the most knowledgeable legal authority on the use of a firearm for self-defense. His video seminars along with USCCA'S Kevin MichalowskI are the most informative I have ever seen.
Michael Lompart
As a relatively new CCW individual I greatly appreciate all the information that is taught in these sessions. Prior to this I had many incorrect beliefs of my rights. One statement that sticks with me is 'the best fight is the one you are not in" ! thank You
Jerry Keeney
outstanding information, really makes you stop and think, Tom puts facts, and light hearted comments into a very serious discussion. keep up the great videos.
Jim M
Tom presented some great information and cleared up many important points. Great presentation!! Always great to hear your great insight on the law and what to do or not to do.
René Avila
Did a good job covering topics and for me it was pretty much a review.. Yes, some of us Patriots who believe in the 2nd Amendment are fighting the good fight here in California and hate to be forced out. Some of us are blessed to live in a county where our local Sheriff is very much Pro 2nd Amendment and will issue CCWs. :-)
Mike Richmond
Just watched Tom on a training video from USCCA and he was very impressive. A very down to earth guy but with a comprehensive mastery of the law and the nuances of concealed carry situations.

I very much appreciate that the explanations of certain laws and how they maybe interpreted in court are in plain English. It is obvious that you and your firm is very knowledgeable with much experience. I hope that I will never need a attorney but, I wish that you could be present in the states I travel, just in case.
richard king
