Exceeded all my expectations in handling my traffic ticket. Mike was able to get a 15 mph speeding reduced to a no points equipment violation. All the other attorneys I spoke to about this said this prosecutor would never cut that deal, but Bayer Law got it done! Completely professional throughout. One call...that's all! Ok I know that's a different law office, but that's how it worked out for me here. I was up for a suspension and a bunch of points for a speeding ticket. The process was SUPER simple and I just sat back living my life while Bayer handled all the dirty work. If your looking for a traffic lawyer look no further. I normally pay my ticket and go on with my life. My experience with Bayer Law Office has convinced me that I will never handle a ticket alone again. Bayer Law Offices is hard to explain. I literally did nothing except gave them a call, payed the flat rate, & a couple weeks later I recieved a called that the citation was reduced to almost nothing. I have no complaints. I now see why traffic lawers exist. I'll probably never pay any ticket without giving them a call first. This really is a relief now that I know my insurnce rates won't increase and I still have all my points.

Couldn't be happier with the ease of service, found them through their reviews so I thought it was only fair to leave one myself. Had my first ticket ever and called them, spoke to them directly and was told they will handle my case for a flat fee and passed that point don't worry about anything as they handle going to court. Got a text they took care of my ticket and reduced to a parking ticket, the exact best case scenario. They were extremely professional and transparent as to what to expect from the process, the cost associated and everything. The cost of their services was far outweighed by the value of them reducing the ticket and the savings from my insurance premiums going up. It is one of the services you hope to never have to use, as no one wants a ticket, but man if there is ever a law office to go to this is the one that will handle everything and be extremely fair and transparent. I have never written a review before, as an indicator of how amazing my experience was with this firm. I am from Illinois, and had a specialty circumstance for myself and a speeding ticket I received. Basically if this speeding ticket went through I would lose my license for a period (what a dumb choice to speed by me, I agree. Never again.) I called 6 lawyers in the area to explain and hope for a miracle to reduce to a non-moving violation, i expected i would be facing the music for a poor decision. 4 lawyers said absolutely not, 1 said it is not impossible, but extremely unlikely. In this time I spoke to Mike Bayer at this office, he was much more optimistic to say the least. He was concise, listened to my full situation, and outlined what the firm's process and plan would be. He left no stone unturned and answered all of my questions. He was confident to a point where I felt it may too good to be true, it was not. I can't really put a price on peace of mind, but he did a fantastic job easing a very stressful situation in a 15 minute phone call lol. Additionally, in outlining the plan, there was a flat fee for the ticket, and he outlined an additional fee if it was worse-case scenario and Mr. Bayer had to reappear for me. I was fine with all of this and would pay much more than there fee. Anyways, they only took the flat fee first, and were able to amend my ticket to my best case scenario! It would have been easy to push my case for another hearing and charge me, and I would have obliged gladly, but they held the integrity that all businesses should. I pray to never get a ticket of any type again and will act accordingly, so hopefully will never have to use their services again, but I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who found themself in a similar situation.

I was stopped for 20 over in a 30mph zone - a 6 point $149ticket. Attorney John Bayer had an affordable price and guaranteed that he could get it reduced to a 2 point defective speedometer ticket. All it took was a 5 minute phone call conversation to finalize things. He was able to attend court for me and he was able to get my ticket reduced to a 2 point parking violation. John is very friendly and made this process as easy as possible. I am beyond grateful for the outcome and I will be recommending him to everyone I know in the future.

Two years ago late February, I decided to go out to a local bar for some drinks and pizza. With it being Wisconsin and end of February we had plenty of snow on the ground. Upon my arrival at the bar I parked my vehicle not realizing that I parked up onto the snow covered sidewalk. Cops were called by the owner of the building as I was drinking in the bar for about 40 minutes. The officer decided to take me out from the bar and instead of giving me a ticket for parking on the sidewalk, decided to charge me with a felony fourth OWI. I could not believe what was happening! After posting bail I was on a search for a great attorney to fight for me. I found that attorney here at Bayer Law. John had me in the office later that day for a consultation. When my fiance and I entered we knew we were in good hands and he was going to fight for a non guilty verdict. He immediately started working on my case as he knew I had so much to lose if convicted. Mike and John worked hard to go through the body cam footage to come up with our best defense. The first time I saw John during my preliminary hearing I knew I had the best lawyer in my corner. He legally attacked the officer on every angle. He even got the officer to admit under oath certain statements which then proved in the police report found being untrue. After over two years of fighting my case we finally had our day in court. Through all this time John and Mike remained in touch with me. John would take the time explain everything to me so I understood what was going on and what will happen. Their law office even had their assistant, Kristina, call me to make sure I was prepared if I was found guilty and any resources I might need. Our day in court finally happened. The proceedings were nerve racking to say the least, but I had complete faith in my attorney. At first I was not going to testify as I knew they would bring up how many convicted crimes I had, but I knew as did my attorney, that I had to tell my story. John Bayer advised me the day of, as he did multiple times before, that testifying is completely my choice. He gave me advice before testifying and told me I would do good, just tell the truth. At closing arguments, John had my back letting the jury know that a simple traffic ticket should not have turned into an OWI charge, it is unjust. The best two words I could hear were being told "Not Guilty" on both counts. John was always professional inside and outside the courthouse, listened to my concerns and questions, and most of all showed me compassion and support through the whole process. Although this situation is not ideal, I would still have chosen John and the team at Bayer Law Offices to represent me. John is an amazing attorney and person. He found a potential loophole in the law that he felt could get the charge against me dropped. The judge did not interpret the law the way Atty Bayer did, so unfortunately I lost the case. But because of the fight Atty Bayer put up, combined with other contributing factors of my case, I only got 1 year as a guest of the state. Not bad for a 6th offense, in Milwaukee county. I cannot say enough good things about attorney Bayer. I was charged with a second OWI and refusal and since this is a criminal charge, felt I needed to hire representation.
