I just finished my bankruptcy filing, and it couldn't have been easier. I was walked through every step, and any questions I had were easily answered with a phone call. My case was drawn out due to some personal issues with getting everything together, but they were definitely on top of their game and got stuff handled immediately as I handed it in. The price was beyond reasonable, definitely on the lower end of the national average, and the people I dealt with were never anything less than pleasant and helpful. If you're considering bankruptcy, I cannot recommend this firm enough!

Only thing that prevents me in giving 5 stars is his process and staff could do better job in following up with clients to give them updates on their situation. Too many times I had too keep calling and stay on top of information I submitted to make sure it got to attorney to be seen. Staff said they would call me back several times w updates but never would. Other than that I highly recommend using attorney Check. He is a specialist and pit bull that will fight for you.
