I met Attorney Maldonado after spending two years in the court system and wasting thousands of dollars on another attorney only to have nothing change. My family and I were lost in a broken judicial system, I was feeling defeated and hopeless. When interviewing new attorneys, I asked them if you were unable to take my case who would be the attorney you would recommend, they all stated Crystal Maldonado. We knew that hiring the wrong attorney would completely break us and there was no room for error. My children's lives were literally resting in the hands of someone I didn't know. Shortly after my last attorney interview, we had an emergency unfolded with my ex-husband and children that needed to be addressed immediately. In a panicked state I called Attorney Maldonado and begged for her help. She immediately validated my concerns and agreed to take on my case. Within two hours an emergency motion was filed, and my children were removed from an unsafe situation. Attorney Maldonando was instrumental in dealing with DCYF, the Guardian at Litem and other outside agencies. In a quarter of the time from my previous attorney, Attorney Maldonado was able to achieve our overall goal of keeping the children safe long term. Hiring the wrong attorney can cost you much more than just money. Putting the wrong person in front of a judge can damage your case significantly. Those few minutes in front of the judge will determine your family's future, there is no room for error. Having the right person represent you is priceless. Hello everyone I can certainly say that I had an amazing experience with this law firm. I hired attorney White and had my case examined and the feedback that I received about all the different approaches we could take was shocking. My case was handled very quickly, the second attorney white was hired on she started working with my criminal defense lawyer things got rolling so fast and my criminal charges were overturned. Once this was done it was smooth sailing. The immigration case was handled without me even having to be there due to covid.
