I did my case for EB-2 NIW with them and was approved. Jason from the firm handled my case and he was very responsive and thorough in helping with my questions along the way. I had consulted with several attorneys before and they all said I do not have a strong portfolio and did not accept my case. Jason was convinced from the beginning that I will certainly be approved and he was right. Note that: -The attorneys here will not write your recommendation or proposition letters for you. However, you will be provided sample letters to help you do it yourself. They will also proof read all your letters and give you recommendations about ways to make them better. -The fees agreed with the firm is separate from any USCIS fees and form fees. Also, if your case is approved and now you want to adjust status, that is considered another case and a separate contract with its own fees.

I got a letter of denial for my green card last Friday, despite the fact I have been married to my husband for 7 years not mentioning dating since 2010. The letter said no appeal and NTA had also issued. I was so afraid so I contacted a few lawyers and found them on Yelp. Ms. Michelle Taheripour met with my husband and me for a 30 min free conference call. The meeting was scheduled the earliest appointment. She was professional and patiently answered all of our questions. While trying to make a decision to hire a lawyer, USCIS sent us another letter telling us my green card has been approved.
