Someone has no car insurance rear ended me and I had anxiety and super stressed for 2 days after accident because I did not know who will take care of my car and my injury. I went to Richard Harris Law firm and I talked to the lawyer Jeff M. Scarborough and Victor. They know what they are doing and Jeff explained every details and all information to me. Richard Harris law firm was great. I was injured right when covid started and no doctors were accepting new patients. The team found me doctors and made appointments. They were supportive and gave me advice throughout the whole process. When we had to move to litigation my lawyer was Samantha Martin. She was fantastic. I was in a car accident in June of 2020 and I really had no idea what to do and where to go. From the moment I had a consultation with Natalie, I believe her name was, I felt like someone was finally listening to me and wasn't just telling me what I wanted to hear. Then David Menocal and his team including Andrea Micco got right to work helping me find doctors to heal my injuriess, a physical therapist that offered chiropractic services as well as massage therapy. I was skeptical of the reviews that I read about this firm when researching who to choose to represent me in my personal injury suit. It’s hard to tell if the positive remarks are real. That being said, this is a fantastic law firm and Nick Lasso and his assistant Amber Romero were great. They delivered on their expectations of the case and always stayed in touch with me through all of the negotiations. The doctor and chiropractor they referred were top notch as well. The only thing that was difficult was the time that the case took. I know that this is out of the attorney’s hands but one does have to remain patient. You may or may not believe this to be a real review, and if you don’t I would simply invite you to call the firm and give them an honest shot at representing you. I think you’ll be happy that you did.

Hard to get updates sometimes but I get it. They are VERY busy because they take good care of their clients. We are now 2 years ibto our case but it's the other parties' faults. Overall, my experience with Richard Harris Law firm with my motorcycle accident case was a very positive one. This firm truly does not charge you any fees. There are no hidden fees either. Any expenses in hiring them will come out of the settlement they win you, and they will not take more than what you are awarded, which is something that is rare within their work field. Should you have any questions about how they charge, they are very upfront in their answers. My case manager was very helpful. He was very accessible via email and phone call, typically responding within one business day, and almost always answered the phone. He painted a good picture of how the case was going to play out, and kept me updated as things unfolded. In addition, one of their attorneys actually fit me into his schedule to visit me in the hospital after I contacted them via my initial email. Through this visit, I was able to ask some more in depth questions on what it would look like to hire their firm for my case. Keep in mind this law firm is located in Nevada, and I reside in California. My only "complaint" (if being picky) is more towards my first contact with them. I did the free case evaluation through the Law Tigers website, and got contacted by one of the attorneys via text. The very first text I received was asking me to complete their retainer (basically the contract to hire their firm), as they could not help me without it. This to me struck as odd, as it defeated the purpose of a free case evaluation. I had never hired an attorney up until this case, so I was already on edge of doing so in the first place. However, this was remediated with the hospital visit mentioned above. However, had the hospital visit not of happened, I may have decided against hiring an attorney based on that first text interaction. When it doubt, give them a call when things dont seem right for clarification. If you got in a motorcycle accident like me, and are thinking about this law firm, I do encourage you to do business with them. It was overall a great experience, and they were able to get me more money through my settlement than I wouldve been able to get alone.
