Benson & Bingham was phenomenal! After living in Vegas for literally only 2 weeks, I was unfortunately rear ended in my wife's car last year. Since the other party was at fault, Lina and Isabelle at the Downtown location worked non-stop and ended up getting our payout up to almost $10k more than the other driver's insurance was trying to offer! My experience with Benson and Brigham has been extremely pleasant and I'm not kidding. My initial first phone call was with another lawyer's office. Well that office scheduled appointment with me for the next day and they of course forgot about me. I did my research and I came across Benson and Bingham and from the very first phone call I could tell I was going to be well taken care of, my call was transferred to Michelle and she immediately had a car sent to my home to bring me to the office so we could meet face to face. The first thing that Michelle got across to me was that she was concerned about my health and set up a plan for me to get healthy ( the absolute best team of doctors), I didn't need to worry about hospital bills or my completely totaled out car as you can imagine, this was music to my ears as painful as everything else felt. Benson and Bingham came through for me and my family on all levels. Their professionalism ranks above all and having Michelle on your side is a added bonus she knows the business inside & out. So I've taken awhile after my settlement to write this review so I could have time to consider it. I think a fair review is that, for the price, they did an okay job. Up until I received the first offer they hyped me up that they were 'going after the policy maximum' in my obvious hit and run case I had concrete video evidence of that left me injured. The first offer came back very low. I asked the case manager about what happened with 'going after the policy maximum' she said the lawyer would contact me. The lawyer charged me an extra $600 for that phone call that lasted just a few minutes as 'pre litigation consultation' because her case manager misinterpreted my question. I just wanted them to work a little harder on my behalf considering what they were charging me to get a more reasonable settlement. Additionally, when I inquired about why I hadn't heard an update in six weeks I received a somewhat truncated and rude response from the case manager. After I received my settlement they started spamming my email after I requested that I be removed from their solicitation list. That request was not respected. Are they a bad law firm? No. But they could do better.

I got in an accident where a drunk driver backed into me and a family member’s car (Saturday). Waking up the next morning sore, I reached out to B&B based on a simple Google Search. They responded the next day (a Sunday no less) and within minutes, I had a Monday Appointment to meet with one of the attorneys. Danielle Richardson was a godsend. She made everything understandable, answered all my questions, and usually always within 24 hours too. Bernadette Lazar was my case manager and she too was very responsive. A couple of months ago I was in a pretty bad car accident, which left me feeling afraid, confused, and overwhelmed as I began sifting through the vast amount of law firms here in Vegas. The best experience I’ve had with injury lawyers! I’ve had the misfortune of being involved in multiple car accidents and this was the best experience by far with the lawyer side. My case manager, Phillip, was always staying in touch with me to see how my treatment was going and when it came time to negotiate he really went to bat for me and got the initial offer improved by over 1,000 dollars! Let me start by saying, this firm is AMAZING. While I was treating for my accident I was told I was sick, very unexpected and highly emergent. I needed surgery and this meant I could no longer treat for my accident, but I was still in a lot of pain. When I explained this to my case manager (Bernadette), she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and prioritized my health over anything else, but at the same time took the necessary steps so that the insurance company would compensate me fairly. Needless to say, she got me policy limits (the best offer you can possibly get). I had my surgery, she was on the phone with my wife at all times to make sure I was ok. It is details like these that make you feel you matter to them. Not everyone will take the time to see how your “unrelated surgery” went. This is only someone that truly cares. Had the most amazing experience with Cassidy my case manager she was amazing . Could not find a lawyer with a wrongful lash extensions . They heard my case and took it . Always got updates on my case and when I had questions they were always quick to get someone on the line and help me , they are exceptional at what they do. a Drunk driver hit me on New Year's Eve and totaled my favorite car of all time my new Mustang convertible. I was able to take pics and report the accident right from the scene to their website! I came to Benson and Bingham to settle an accident I had been in in December 2015. From the first time I went into their office, I knew they were the ones to fight my case for me. First impressions mean a lot, and the impression I got from their front office secretary was great. She was very kind and attentive. Their Downtown office was very clean and had cozy/home-y feeling to it. I met with Israel Whitbeck during my case evaluation, and I felt completely at ease that my case would be handled correctly. Israel is very nice and easy to talk to. He was patient and thorough in answering my questions to ensure that I had no doubts or lingering thoughts in my mind. He went through all the necessary steps/timeline of events to make sure I completely understood everything that would be happening before I left the consultation. A lot of the time, the case was a waiting game for me - waiting to hear about what was going on on the legal front of the case. But rather, through conflicting schedules of all parties involved and just the general amount of time it takes for each step of the process (e.g. exploration, depositions, arbitration). In October of 2013 I was involved in a 3 lane 3 car accident. A decision for my settlement was made this October 2014. To say the least the journey of the case was long but refreshing in the end. One day went by after my accident when i went to Benson & Bingham. Following my consultation i was already on my way to see a chiropractor and a pain specialist. None the less i got my medical as needed right away and through out the time until i got my settlement. I think the fact that I went back to them for the 2nd accident tells how satisfied I am. 1st accident: I got the compensation I wanted and needed for more chiropractor sessions in the future. Nonetheless, I called B&B and was immediately transferred to Dana, who was professional and courteous. I was satisfied after speaking with her and went in that afternoon to sign the paper work. Adam who was also a part of the team, was just as professional as Dana and the others were. I was given timelines and I was told when to expect what. I was reassured about the truthfulness of the end result and was definitely not misled in anyway. When therapy was not needed anymore, I was told to stop it and wait patiently. Every time I called or e-mailed, the response was prompt - usually the same day or at the most within 24 hours! After hearing all the horror stories from my friends with their dealings with personal injury attorneys related to car accidents from low payouts, to bad doctors, and most of all to them ignoring their calls, I was pretty friggin' skeptical with Benson and Bingham. I was introduced to attorney Ryan Mortier who looks quite the opposite of the stereotypical slick-haired attorney. Not only that, he was surprisingly nice, humble and affectionate. Throughout the course of my car accident case, Ryan answered all of my calls (and believe me, I called WAY too many times for my own good), he constantly updated me with info, and importantly he referred me to the best doctors. Part of me felt like maybe he was 'too nice' to deal with these vampire like insurance claim adjusters. That question was put to rest when I heard him talk to adjuster and he was cunning, strong, and vicious (in a good way) with these insurance adjusters. And of course, the big question is 'did I get paid?' Put it this way, he got me 4x what I thought I was going to get. In fact, the settlement was so good that I could pay off all of my debt, help family and friends, and move to Thailand. This is all true, NO BS.
