First time accident. I used them and felt quite comfortable using them. They took the time to explain everything to me in English and then everything in Spanish to my passenger. Great customer service. Everyone was friendly. The only thing is that they did take more than what I did. Wasn't much more but I know it's important to some folk. Besides that and the coffee thing I'd give them 5 stars.

We’ve been on an accident we’ve been rear ended and my wife is pregnant at that time. We have to call an ambulance to make sure that the baby and my wife is safe. I'm not sure whether to give them one star, zero Stars, or four stars, so I guess I will give them four stars simply because my settlement is finally complete. During the last 6 months, while in the process of settling, I was somewhat disappointed with the interoffice communication between employees and Associates, and the timeliness of callbacks when I requested them. In their defense, I have never been through this before and I don't know what the usual protocol is. My case was a slam dunk but it still took quite some time to settle and at times, I didn't feel like they did all that much for me. But, in their defense, I don't know how this usually works. One thing i will comment on is the fact that when I clearly had a torn rotator cuff and needed surgery. I felt their concern was solidifying the case as they were sending me to a chiropractor and insisting I go to the chiropractor for treatment which would solidify the case, but this was not the problem and they did not even address my more immediate medical needs. It took 8 to 10 weeks just to get the MRI on my shoulder because they didn't get the lein approved quickly and I felt it was difficult to work with them. It is important to keep in mind that I was injured, depressed, running out of money, had no transportation, and angry at the whole situation. It may not have been them, it may have been me, so I'm really not sure how to rate them. One of the associates I worked with seemed like they didn't want to listen to anything I had to say, they talked over me quite a bit, and i felt they really weren't interested in helping me. But another associate I met with was very friendly and helpful, but again, it seems like there was no enter office communication between the two Associates. Part of me feels like I could have reached the same settlement without any lawyer at all, while part of me is glad I had a lawyer and felt it was worth the 30% they charged. I am rating them four stars simply for the fact that it's finally over and after all this time I did get the money I needed. Hopefully all of my frustrations and negative feelings were because simply because of my stress due to my mental state and physical injuries and not because they were not doing their job. For all I know they were working as hard as they could.
