I was severely injured in a car crash when a dump truck pulled out into my path and I T-boned the truck. I was unconscious and in critical condition at the scene and was air lifted to the trauma center at IU Methodist Hospital. I underwent multiple surgeries and endured many hours of pain, discomfort, therapy, life style adjustments, quality of life changes, etc... and am still trying to adjust to my "new" life (after-the-fact). Bruce Kehoe represented me in a case which was filed in 2002 and completed in 2005 where my husband's primary care physician failed to properly and timely diagnose him with Head and Neck Cancer. The symptoms were very plain and the physician ignored them until the cancer had progressed to a point where it was too late to save his life. Bruce researched the case and obtained evidence and expert witnesses who were successful in giving opinions that proved to the court that the physician did indeed fail to comply with the appropriate standard of care. Bruce and his staff worked diligently on this case with the intent of obtaining a positive result. WKW took a emotionally.difficult wrongful dearh case for my family. I vas very happy with the care, respect and concern the group has shown throughout the entire process of the lawsuit. In quick response to our first phone call concerning the case for our initial meeting, Mr. Winingham traveled quite a long way to our home. After being injured in a motorcycle accident I tried to negotiate with the responsible parties insurance (that didn't work) and then my first attempt at hiring attorney I was told "there's not enough pie to go around".
