If there were six stars available to give Eskew Law I would. I had a unique case that seemed overwhelming and frustrated to deal with when it presented itself. My lawyer and especially her paralegal took care of everything making it surprisingly stress free. I also want to stress their presence in the court room. They are very respected! And professional. I received great legal representation for a DUI case. My attorney and paralegal were always very responsive and I was able to acquire a plea deal that took into account my admission I had made a mistake, my lack of criminal/traffic violation history, and the fact that I attended many education/treatment programs on my own volition. Additionally, the arrangement to pay legal fees was flexible and allowed my fees to be paid over a period of months rather than all at once. My final guilty plea process was also able to be moved up at my and my attorney’s request and I was allowed to be given closure to move forward with my life.

After making a poor decision and getting myself in the sticky situation of obtaining an OWI in Winter 2017, I found myself in need of legal services. Though Eskew Law came recommended from my dad’s business lawyer, whom I respected, I was still highly skeptical when looking into paying a couple thousand dollars for anything that wasn’t a Mediterranean vacation. Moreover, I had no idea what to look for when “interviewing” for legal advice. I shopped around online to familiarize myself with what i would be dealing with and added a few more numbers to the list of lawyers to call. Eskew Law was the first and only law firm I called. From my first conversation to our departing handshake, Eskew Law, specifically Raeanna Spahn, made my experience easy and virtually free of pain and stress. They were worth every dollar. I was accused of a crime I didnt do and from the very beginning Ben believed in me and gave me confidence that he would make this go away. He was always on time for court and very professional. The staffing always make sure you get reminders of upcoming events and changes in court proceedings especially Victoria. They were able to get the charges against me dismissed and I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with legal issues. I hope to never need them again but if I ever do I know where I will be going.

My daughter was involved in an OWI accident where she hit 2 vehicles. I am a police officer and was very overwhelmed being in the situation where I had to be MOM and make sure my child was represented well. My boyfriend who is another officer had been in the court room up against Eskew and said you need to have Eskew represent your daughter. So we went with Eskew. Anyone looking for a great family law attorney needs to check out Nathan Hacker. This guy by far is the best. I came across him via referral and was pleasantly surprised with the way he handled my case compared to the previous attorney I had. Not that my previous attorney was bad, it was just Nate was that much better. He is very detailed oriented, knows his stuff frontwards and backwards, and if you are anything like me and find yourself in this extremely difficult situation of fighting to remain an active father in your child's life you want someone who will give you a game plan. As long as you follow your attorney's advice and are honest with everything (even if you were wrong about something) he can formulate a game plan and be prepared for anything the opposing counsel will throw your way. Even when I was super nervous going into court and worried about certain things that would come up, including lies my ex was stating he assured me we had this under control. I've read some reviews about people complaining about the $100 consultation fee. Believe me, that is going to be the best $100 you ever spend. As knowledgeable as Nate and his team are, trust me, you are in excellent hands. You won't be leaving a ton of messages trying to get ahold of Nate or Sarah (his paralegal) either. I know people dread spending money when it comes to these things, but if you are going to spend it I cannot stress enough that this is where you need to go. I'm a dad who is very involved in his little girls life and when it came time to put some money on the books I never dreaded it because I knew they were working hard and not just creating things to bill you for. These guys are honest and will definitely fight for you. I think we all know how the system tends to favor the mothers, I don't think I would have gotten a better outcome with any other attorney out there. I was satisfied with how my 2 year battle ended and I think it was fair on both sides. Remember going into this, there will be times where you have to give and take with your ex, please just always keep your child's interest at the forefront of your dealings with them. Nate and his team will guide you and will definitely let you know to knock certain things off if you're in the wrong and trust me, that is EXACTLY what you want. If for any other reason I need an attorney for family law or anything else, based off of my experience I will certainly be calling them, and will refer anyone who needs the help to go to this firm.
