I haven’t talk to the guy that is in charge of my case he hasn’t called or emailed me in two months all I know is that I keep having theses appointment and I’m going to them but I have no update from him the last time I spoke to him was when he was calling me to let me know he was going to be out of the office after that no updates no emails etc Oct20,2021 As of the last time I wrote this review I got a response from the team quickly. Now that I stay in contact with them I emailed Joshua twice this week I got a response today from when I replied to the email for him to call me back when he was available no response nothing. Still a lack of communication not getting the correct information. Can’t wait to to be done with this cause I’ll never recommend anyone to this lawyer. When I wrote the first review they called me and to talk about the case okay which was all great. But then one of the workers I think her name was Jennfier she asked if I would remove my review I’ll be honest I said no cause if it was her going through what I’m going through she would have done the same. After everything was done they called checked on me and I would like to say Joshua was very responsive in my emails he went above and beyond to help me with paperwork I need. I came to them about a car accident where I was rear ended and me and my girlfriend had injured our backs. We called them a couple of days after the accident and we told them what happened and they took the case right away. Immediately they set up all of our doctors appointments and we met with a chiropractor in our area the same week. Throughout our rehabilitation, they kept in touch with us about the case. It took about 3 months after our last doctors appointment for the insurance to settle but that's normal. After finalizing everything, they sent the checks straight to us. Throughout the whole process they made sure we were getting better and our injuries were healing. You can tell they really care for their clients and they'll fight for you!
