I have not personally used Atty Gerace but I know of others who he represented and they had successful outcomes (one with mental illness). Atty Gerace and his staff were excellent. Unfortunately he doesn't practice in my State. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Today was my hearing at the Board of Parole. Gerace had a lawyer, her name was Laura, and she helped me a lot, despite being new. She’s from Colombia, which helped me a lot with the language barrier and speaking Spanish. Retained and used Atty Gerace a few years back. He fought a two year mandatory sentence on my behalf. I fully expected to receive a sentence and probation on this particular charge that Connecticut and the rest of the Blue states are very sensitive about. After about 11 months of appearances, Atty Gerace convinced the court to have my charges dropped - again, charges that carried mandatory jail time. He worked out a diversionary program deal and my charges were dismissed. I didn’t receive any punishment, and I even avoided probation. I walked. I will always speak highly of Atty Gerace’s skill and character. His firm is absolutely professional, courteous, and responsive. Atty Gerace has a respected reputation within the courts that gives him credibility and an upper hand over other criminal defense lawyers. That quality combined with his masterful courtroom ability and tact are imperative to being the best attorney out there. That’s what he is. He’s the best criminal defense lawyer in the state.

If anyone experiences extreme anxiety panic attacks it’s me. Being a single mom and all my kid has and facing years was soooo overwhelming. I can’t begin to explain how smooth everything went with attorney Gerace. I was introduced to attorney Geraci a few years ago by my cousin and a few of his friends that use him as an attorney. They all told me that they were treated with respect not only by attorney Geraci but also by his staff. They also told me that Attorney Geraci got them the best deal possible no jail time or very little. I used attorney Geraci for four or five cases which both of them were mandatory jail time and he was able to get me no jail time at all with some very little probation which was deserved. I highly recommend attorney Geraci for any case that you have if you don't want to do no jail time or the very least as possible. Always remember you get what you pay for I rather give attorney Geraci my money considering he's got 30 years of experience in Hartford Connecticut and that alone comes with a high price so I highly recommend attorney Geraci for any case.
