As I traveled down Fulton toward downtown Grand Rapids I found the office building was easy to locate. I was pleased to find private parking right next to the front entry. Upon entry i was impressed by the beautiful renovated historic interior and was greeted by a polite and pleasant receptionist. I quickly met Sarah (paralegal) in a private room and then introduced to Greg (attorney). They were both polite and respectful which made this very difficult to go to process so much easier to bare. The entire process including fees required were explained fully and there were no surprises along the way. I felt just as valued as would any other consumer with other legal services would. Emails and calls were responded to quickly along with respectful and knowledgeable answers to questions. Meetings were on time and not long and drawn out. They were very thorough making the Trustee meeting quick with no questions.I would definitely recommend Keller & Almassian, PLC for any legal service one might need. I called quite a few different law firms before calling Keller & Almassian and from the moment the phone was answered I knew I wanted them to represent me and my case. I'll be 100% honest here about everything in my experience in dealing with them, and I hope it helps you make a decision. My first appointment was with Sara K (paralegal) and after answering some questions with her Nick L (attorney) came in and went through the entire process with me from beginning to end. He held nothing back so I wasn't surpised with anything at all. I found that Keller & Almassian weren't the cheapest firm for my bankruptcy but that didnt bother me at all after being treated literally like family from everyone I dealt with at the firm. The old adage is true, ESPECIALLY with this, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". I have already referred family and friends to Keller & Almassian and I will continue to do so. Bankruptcy is a frightening experience. I hired Keller and Almassian after a referral I recieved 10 years ago when I first thought of filing.
