I had a labor dispute at my workplace in which the timing to act quickly and effectively was critical. Prior to my first consultation meeting, I had emailed him all of my detailed, but relevant, materials pertaining to my case a day ahead of time to enable him to act shortly after. When we first met, based on the questions he had from my materials, you could clearly tell Leo was a force to be reckoned with, but also an extremely ethical lawyer. Despite all of the ups and downs pertaining to my case, Leo’s attention to detail and genuine concern were professional but noticeable. What I appreciated during the whole process is while he was respectful, he would be honest if he believed a certain approach was not the best route while also trying to ensure he was representing his client’s intentions and best interests. Because of Leo’s advocacy pertaining to my case, I can confidently say I am on the other side and was able to get my life back. Leo is an ethical and effective asset to the legal profession. I had a libelous board complaint levied against me by a coworker. I was advised by my family to contact a lawyer to respond to the complaint and I am very glad I did! Mr. Wilking was very timely, respectful, and competent in addressing all of the concerns addressed in the complaint.
