Writing this review after an excellent experience with SW&L Attorneys. Having attorneys with both Minnesota AND North Dakota experience was especially helpful in my case. After reaching out to a few different potential representatives, the professional and responsiveness of SW&L's firm was by far the reason I committed to working with them. My Attorney is Adam J and he has made it clear that I am important, a priority, and is very aware of my situation. His knowledge of who is who, what laws are what, and how the process would work from start to finish truly helped. Yes, the fees are expected, but there is no way I'd be able to represent myself! After another attorney's office didn't respond to me, another made contact but no follow-through, and after a preliminary discussion with Adam (the only firm who actively had a discussion, proactively), I knew that this was my best opportunity for a level-headed, realistic, and honest representative. We had phone discussions, SW&L was able to acquire what they needed from the law enforcement side of the aisle, I was able to appoint counsel to attend hearing on my behalf if I was not able, and now am complete with that was agreed upon. If ever I were in a similar bind (I won't be, don't worry Adam!), I would highly suggest SW&L. Professional, respectful, understanding, and successful in meeting my needs and expectations. 10/10.

I highly recommend this company!!! I found SW&L Attorneys via google after getting into some trouble while visiting Fargo, from out of state. I called multiple dui / dwi lawyers in the Fargo, North Dakota area to get quotes and find someone to help prove my innocence. I eventually came across Adam Justinger and his google reviews. As soon as I spoke with Adam on the phone I knew I found my guy. Adam thoroughly explained my options and what he thought was our best option but allowed me to make the final decision. He said he would fight all the way to the end and that’s exactly what he did. We hammered out a 3 day jury trial. Adam was well spoken and prepared throughout the entire experience. At night during my trial I had a hard time sleeping so I would read Adams reviews to remind myself of who I had in my corner. The language in the judge's decree had to be very specific according that state's laws and her language fell just short of that, but after an appeal to amend the language the judge agreed to make the changes, and it was done. I reached out to Nathan Severson in 2016 to get a consultation for what I believed was a medical malpractice issue that happened to me. It turned out it was and after meeting with Nathan, I immediately decided that I wanted him to represent me. Throughout the whole process I was always informed of what was happening, what’s already happened and what will happen along with extremely accurate time estimates. If I ever had a question, I knew I would get a quick response. Really, I had 3 people I knew I could rely on - Nathan, Tara and Ali. Tara being the other attorney and Ali being the paralegal. I didn’t get to speak much with Tara until we went to trial but she’s incredibly nice and intelligent. Throughout the time before trial, I probably talked with Ali the most and she’s so sweet and knowledgeable on literally everything it felt like. Medical malpractice lawsuits are no joke and I can’t imagine how lost I would’ve been had I not had such an amazing team working for me. No one wants to go to trial but sometimes that’s just what you have to do and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else up there telling my story for me. For all 3.5 years I was reminded that every decision was my own. I could say no. I could say yes. I could come up with my own things that I wanted done. But I almost always felt more comfortable just asking for advice and following Nathan’s lead. I trusted everything he had to say and I’m glad I did. At trial I felt like I had the smartest people ever standing up for me against some mean bullies who just want to shut you down and destroy you. If I ever have another legal issue come up (and I truly hope I don’t) Severson, Wogsland and Liebl will be who I reach out too. Maybe this review was a little long but really I could’ve made it so much longer. I’ll never be able to truly describe how grateful I am to Nathan, Tara and Ali.
