I retained Nicholas Lombardi as my attorney for an OWI charge I received in Des Moines, IA in June of this year. He did an exemplary job representing me, but at least as importantly, he was by far the most responsive and dedicated lawyer I have had to date. My situation was unique in that I lived out of town as well as having a previous charge that made matters worse. Nicholas made every effort to keep me informed of the progress of my case. He was continually supportive and positive, which I sorely needed at the time, and he negotiated a plea deal for me that I was both surprised and pleased with. Although I don’t have extensive experience with attorneys, I have had multiple over the last five years. I can honestly say that Nicholas was, by far, the most communicative and proactive of them all. I would certainly use him again if I found myself in a similar position.
