Went above and beyond the call of duty Sam was very patient for example, he explained things that we didn't understand re: closing on the sale of our cottage. Were your expectations met? We had Sam Kreamer create a will for us. My husband enrolled in ARAG legal insurance through work which basically means Sam did the same amount of work for us but got compensated much less than if we did not carry the ARAG. Now I bring this up only because from the very beginning Sam treated us like we were his most important clients. He was professional and personable and handled everything very efficiently. He was extremely prompt on all email correspondence and did a great job organizing our affairs. It reminded me of the old adage, “You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats those who can do nothing for him.” Sam had no reason to believe we would be anything other than some 30 year olds who wanted a will done as cheaply as possible. However, we are now having him help us with some of our other affairs not covered under ARAG and are very happy we chose to work with Sam.
