She use to be good, when it was just her dealing with client directly, this days, with the bunch of assistance that do the paperwork, my experience has not been good, she is very expensive compared to before, had a secretary that was very rude to me at one time, gave my paperwork to be fill out by one of her assistance, after making all the necessary payment and provided all the necessary documents that was needed, she keep wasting unnecessary time in order to delay the program, and when I made a follow up on my case and realized that she hasn’t done anything, when contacted, she brings up bunch of excuses that make no sense, I guess she thinks, she was talking to a nonentity. You are not representing me in curt, all you need to do, is to fill out a form, which anyone can do, you are charging this huge amount of money, so I expect you to do your part and get the job done. I truly regret choosing them for a second time. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
