I don't think any bankruptcy team will or even can work harder to ensure your case is put together properly. From Mr. Herder personally delivering the documents to the the court the very day before a sheriff sale, to Brittany staying extremely late on a Friday to help me with getting the paperwork filled out and in order for me. It's obvious to me that the entire machine works extremely hard. Communication is extraordinary, I truly feel that they care about your struggles and they, including Mr. Herder, convey extreme concern during all dialogue. This is a very well seasoned law office and they are stern and demanding when you have not fulfilled your required duties. This is a very serious matter, it is a legal matter and as such, some sensitive personal matters will be discussed, so be warned, just leave your feelings at home. Just know that this team really is working in your best interests, there's no room for hurt feelings in these matters, the courts don't care. Just do your best to help them help you and it will all go as smoothly as it can.

We have been looking into filing bankruptcy for years now but have hesitated because we have been unsure of the process. Last Friday we had our very first appointment at mark herders office. We were still wary but figured one appointment would at least let us have a good idea at how difficult this process really would be. The first appointment was very quick and easy. Mr. herder and all of his staff were extremely kind and patient with us. At no point did we feel less of a person for filing bankruptcy. They worked very hard, constantly on top of all the paperwork, answering every phone call within 2 rings, extremely thankful that we came to them. Our second appointment was the following Friday. This was our last appointment. Again everything was so quick and easy. Everything was explained very well so we understood. What we feared for years was conquered with the first phone call to mark herders office. Within a week we are filed and awaiting our court date. The team at Mark Herder made the entire process completely painless in three easy steps. 1st step was to meet to submit my paper-work (2 hours). 2nd step was to review paper-work and file my bankruptcy (2 hours). 3rd step was testimony with the bankruptcy trustee (1 hour including waiting my turn) After my meeting with the Trustee, Mark personally called me to notify me of my bankruptcy status, offer some sage advice and wish me the best. Started by looking at the website of Mr. Herder. Everything was laid our very easily and had all the information and requirements you need to get started. Called on a Monday in what I am sure is a very busy time. Left a message and to my surprise, Mr. Herder personally called me back very quickly. After reviewing some information, an initial appointment was set up for Wednesday. Arrived at the office and Mr. Herder met me at my car and we went over my situation and began the process. Let me just say that Mr. Herder is very passionate about helping his clients and no one is judgmental within his law office. Everything was very comfortable. While filling out paperwork I was called by attorney Lindsay from the office who is extremely pleasant and professional and very detailed. She listens, answers any questions and is helpful all along the way. Once the initial step was completed, I had an appointment for the following morning to finalize and file. I arrived early the next day and before I could even call the office, Lindsay saw me pull in and called me, Wow. We spent some time going over my situation, and before you know it, she came out with the bankruptcy petition. She answered every question I could think of before reviewing the paperwork and then allowed me to go over it and sign where required, which had been highlighted. Upon completion, it was filed and then a little more paperwork. They get their exercise coming back and forth to your car, Ha Ha, but never a complaint. Bottom line is, if you need an attorney, DO NOT hesitate to call the law office Of Mark Herder. Never usually review but had to for my amazing experience. I was so nervous and embarrassed to have to file for bankruptcy but didn’t have a choice and Mr Herders office was highly recommended to me. First call to them was to check if I was eligible to file and after that I was told all the documents I would have to get together for first meeting. I've been through two prior Chapter 7 bankruptcies. The first one I did all the paperwork through an online kit, about $700 total. Don't do that unless your situation is fairly simple and you can't get the money for a lawyer. It turned out to be a huge disaster. The second one, I hired attorney Mark Herder, about $780.00 total. I had friends go through bankruptcies and make huge and costly mistakes, and I then found out about Mark's office from a friend at church. Mark actually called me back even before visiting his office, and his office is truly on the ball. At court, the Trustee took about 5 minutes and was very smooth. Mark's office has simple pricing and no hidden or extra costs. He does not nickel-and-dime you from a laundry list of "possible" additional charges, such as credit reports or the counseling classes. I received my official discharge last year, am very pleased with the process and am receiving numerous offers to reestablish my credit. I feel very much blessed by the experience.
