I am still actually currently waiting for a check they told me would have been provided for me last week. I still haven't gotten and updates, so I am still unclear about what is going on. My experiences with Disparti Law Group; the folks at Desparti treated me with professionalism and respect. I initially contracted them to help me with Social Security retirement issues, but as the case progressed, they suggested that I had a good chance to qualify for Social Security Disability. So we went for it. They never pressured me and with their recommendations, I always had the final say so on every step of the way. The Disability trail was quite an experience. I was initially denied and denied a second time, which eventually lead to having a hearing, which was our last option. Since we were steep with Covid 19, we did my hearing via phone. The judge was fair with me, and along with the independent medical advisor on hand, the judge, after deliberating for a time period (it was approximately a month or so before I was notified by mail), eventually found in favor of me qualifying for Social Security Disability. I didn't have my hopes up, but with Despati's track record for Disability cases, I didn't give up. Again, Descartes Law Group is professional and respectful and I highly recommend them!

Great experience! Being injured in an accident is extremely scary and stressful experience. Felisha is amazing!! She immediately took the stress away and put our minds at ease. She recommended local places to get the care I need and handled phone calls with the insurance company’s and that was very helpful. She checked up on me every few days to make sure I was receiving the care I needed and to give updates on the claim. The focus was always to make sure I was getting better and receiving everything I needed to get better. Excellent! I contacted Disparti Law Group (DLG) to help with my Social Security Disability claim. Both my cousins, one with MS the other a liver transplant, filed on their own without council and had they're requests denied. After their denial, both contacted an attorney and were subsequently approved. Keep in mind, the initial process can take on average 12 to 14 months or longer, if your denied and make an appeal, the process is lengthened. My suggestion is to contact DLG avoiding the initial rejection. Since I contacted DLG first, I avoided a denial because of my ineptness, DLG cut through the bureaucratic red tape, has the legal knowledge to deal with Social Security and all in all the competence to jump through the "hoops" the government may put forth. My case was postponed due to COVID and took 18 months, but I'm happy to say, I was approved. There is no upfront fee required, payment is made once you win, which is great for folks like me who can't afford the big fancy lawyers. With regard to DLG as a whole, fantastic. They're professional yet kind and caring. People actually answer the phone and return phone calls, can you imagine! My case was assigned to Case Manager Louanne L. and let me tell you, I couldn't have been happier. She was there for me from the beginning to the end, 18 months! She walked me through the initial stage and process and all future stages. She answered all my stupid, and sometimes scary, questions with great capability and kindness. She would call to tell me nothing was happening but they're still keeping an eye on my case, reassuring me that I hadn't slipped through the cracks. These phone calls most times were just to see how I was doing. Social Security cc's DLG with all correspondence that is sent to you, thankfully, because on a few occasions I didn't receive what was sent. Without Louanne's follow-up, I may have missed important appointments. If Louanne is a reflection of DLG, then your in good hands, or better yet "they'll go to bat for you".

I contacted Disparti Law Group for help submitting my Social Security Disability Claim. They were very quick to respond and lawyers were very professional. From what I had heard from others I was expecting the approval process to take anywhere from 12-14 months (longer if an appeal had to be made). I was contacted by the Disparti Group and they took all my information over the phone. I had to do nothing but sign and return some legal forms giving them access to my medical records. I could not believe it when within 5 weeks I received word from the Social Security Administration that my claim had been approved. Just received my first monthly SSDI payment. My daughter was involved in a accident in April of last year. She still having recieved anything regarding her case and its been well over a year. Ive been calling often to check on the status and I'm always hearing the same excuses. It just doesn't make sense that it takes this long. I don't understand and I'm tired of hearing the same thing all the time.
