This is a great firm, I would highly recommend them. when I fell at Dollar General the regional manager told me they didn’t have insurance to even cover their employees let alone anyone else. Johnstone & Gabhart took my case and even after Dollar General turned it down, they fought it and got me more money then the initial offer. I chose Johnstone and Gabhart through a word of mouth recommendation. I dealt with them in the Eastern Panhandle for a medical claim on a car accident. My 9 year old son was hit head on by a drunk driver while vacationing with his dad. He was injured so badly he needed to be flown to the closest children's hospital for his injuries. This was my worst fear as a mother and our lives were turned upside down. All of my time and energy over the next 3 months was spent taking care of him and making sure he healed properly. I was able to do all of this with no worries about insurance issues or medical bills with the help of Sonny Johnstone. Sonny was on his own family vacation when my son was injured and took time to call me frequently to check on Jackston along with assuring me he would handle everything and my focus could be solely on my sons recovery. I had never even met him or spoken to him before, this was the first time in my life I had ever needed the assistance of an attorney. I am beyond thankful for what he has done for myself and my son. Johnston and gabheart is a excellent law firm they worked extremely hard to take care of me and showed that they truly care about there clients and make sure they get what they deserve i would strongly recommend them to anyone because they truly care about there clients update on my car wrecked it has caused me not to work I had a reconstruction on my arm before this happens it's my humerus bone and it smashed right into it it is always hurting and my neck hurts and I'm only 33 and a 15 year old hit me he's a great lawyer sunny and I recommend him to anybody at this point now my husband he was in it he was driving in Walmart parking lot and our two boys were in the back all I can think about is I'm thanking God that I'm alive and my boys are okay they never got hurt as bad as I did and my husband he worked at Aspen since 1986 and he ended up having to quit his job he never got nothing because we never asked for nothing but now he's paying for it. Can't really walk his neck hurts his shoulder is bad he can't even button his pants it done a toll on us and we're hoping that Sonny can help I feel that we should have got medical for the rest of our life and with both of us not working right now we working over 90,000 a year bring and they even admitted it was their fault it was a woman from u.s. cellular that was trying to teach a boy how to drive a backup and push as hard as he could on that gas gas pedal and the way I feel she should have took them somewhere where there wasn't no cars because we were driving slow like 5 miles an hour and it'totaled vehicle the way I feel is I don't like doing people but it ruined our life and our boys is only three and six now and we need to be able to move around stuff and run and play and all that but this rack ruin our lives Sunny please help we would like to sue and get something for my husband'my husband grew up were he didn't it's family didn't want to see people or anything but when this kind of stuff happens I mean that could have been our lives and here now we're paying for it and the older we get the worser it is and my husband he never was like this he was an everyday worker since 1986 for almost 40 years and ended up passing a quit as a foreman making $18 an hour he busted his butt and it our lives please everybody put a thumbs up so we can get it across to people that they need to learn 2 be careful to drive and their parents need to learn that drive in a field not to me it was worse than a drunk driver incident and my kids still have nightmares crying because of that and it's wrong they shouldn't be scared to get in the vehicle and the way I feel pay for the rest of their lives I'm not here to try to get money but it's just not right and God bless that Sunny did help and now we need help for my husband and for me cuz I am still having problems worse or the older I'm getting on this and I have to take psych meds now I'm scared to even go in the store and I ended up losing my hair from just they say from worrying and it's grey in that area where it was lost I woke up one morning after the wreck and hair was laying on the bed and more hair and more hair and I am a very kind-hearted person but something needs to be done it's to MetLife and they deserve to give us something for the rest of our lives we are struggling because we are not lazy wear everyday workers and isn't our life worth a lot more than$29,000 as for me and my boys and now I'm paying for it in the end because I still can't work but my husband was the driver and now we are asking Sunny to please help us file a claim against them so that we can get something he can't hardly walk and he's never was like that he was like a kid he could do anything and there is a lot of people out there it just try to get money but we could have been dead and our life is worth a heck of a lot more I feel that they should have to pay for the rest to please everybody give us a thumbs up send out Millions and I would recommend Sonny Johnston to anybody he is on top of everything and we are hoping that is going to be on top of this

My young child and I were en route to visit family 4 states away when a Semi Fuel Hauler pulled in front of us causing a horrific collision that totaled our vehicle and left us reeling from the trauma. Our physical injuries were, by the grace of God, miraculously minor and recoverable given a series of interventions. The emotional and mental trauma of that day were more substantial. I knew I needed help navigating this process. A family friend gave us Sonny’s number. This is another of the miracles surrounding our accident. The relief I felt when Sonny told me he would take care of us is truly indescribable. He and his team provided the steady, competent and fierce support I needed to ensure my child and I could heal, obtain safe transportation again and recover all the resources required to recover from this extremely destabilizing experience. Sonny stood out immediately among the other professionals I interviewed. They were passive and blasé and, frankly, discouraging to me about the process of hiring an an attorney. But still, I knew I needed help. My own insurance company was fraught with archaic and bureaucratic processes. And I needed all my energy to recover and hold a steady home base for my child. When I got Sonny on the phone, he said things like “ I got you, girl” and “I’m a tiger” and “if you want your money, call Sonny!” I cried with relief. Y’all, he is not all talk. He and his team delivered on all that. He first went to work getting the benefits I needed from my own insurance company.
