We're a small firm that needed to overhaul our business/work contracts that we use to engage with our clients. After contacting several pretentious law firms that wanted exorbitant amounts of money that we simply couldn't afford, I was afraid it might be lost cause. But after finding Mark and having a quick chat, I knew he was the right choice. We went with both the standard contract review as well as Mark's form contract service. Starting with the contract review, Mark took the time to understand our business model and standard use cases to suggest changes to tighten the contract. But after completing the contract review, it was immediately clear to me that Mark's wealth of knowledge in this particular area meant he could write a contract 10x better than anything we could produce ourselves, so we went ahead and hired him to rewrite the contract from scratch. All in all, he was patient, attentive, accommodating, and gave us everything we needed in a good timeframe. One *hopes* that they never have to contact a lawyer again, but he will certainly be the guy we talk to if a future legal issue arises or if we need more contracts written.
