My immigration status was in a situation where most of the immigration attorneys I had discussed my case with told me that there wasn't much chance on my case. Even before I talked to J.J., two famous Boise attorneys had refused to take my case because they thought they could not be successful on this case. J.J. accepted my case with a reasonable fee and made the case successful. Being a professional attorney is not taking only cases that you know you will win but challenging cases and making them work for the client. Did a great job and were very honest when we began, even to the point of convincing me not to go with them and advising me (he didn't believe it would be worth my money since I'd complete so much work on my own) on how to complete the work on my own. Wonderful experience. Knowledgeable and responsive! We were very stressed when we received a second RFE notice after our I485 interview, asking for an I601 waiver. After I spoke to many lawyers and legal advisors and all those we researched, we decided to go with Wilner & O’Reilly. In the first meeting with a senior lawyer we realized that we made the right choice. And wait it’s not over yet, for the first step our lawyer decided to ask USCIS for an extension for the waiver, and you know what! USCIS denied twice our request for extension. So in 28 days, yes in 28 days, our lawyer prepared the case and submitted it on time, and documentation for the I601 is not easy prepare.And finally happiness came for us in 5 months, our I601 was approved without any more RFEs. Thank you Wilner & O’Reilly and USCIS because of them that I’m happily living with my family.
