I retired from my job of 35 years in 2020, and after a many months of doing nothing, I became bored. My wife found a truck for me, and the two of us began our independent shipping company. Alas, the two of us knew nothing about federal laws governing the shipping business (of which there are many), so I sought help with the paperwork. McKenzie from US Compliance became my contact at the company, and I must say I have been very pleased with the results. She was very patient with me, as I tend to ask a lot of questions. There was a slight hiccup in obtaining my DOT number, but she kept in constant contact with me throughout the process. It's nice to know that if issues arise, or as annual forms and fees need to be completed, I have someone watching my back so that I can spend my energy building my business. I highly recommend the services of US Compliance if you need help with DOT regulations.

I was a very difficult person at First to have as a customer not knowing anything about USDOT compliances, after getting the DOT number. I heard this and I heard that to watch out for when dealing with all the calls coming at you after you apply for a DOT Number. Dominic Platt of US Compliance Services had the patience and disposition to be able to slow me down and explain each part of the process, I must of asked the same question 2 or 3 times, then called him back the next day and did it again on account there is so much information to retain.
