If you need to use a lawyer for an unfortunate incident, Kelby Monks is the best at what he does! Their office is so good at communicating! They truly take care of you and genuinely want the best for you! I would never use another attorney!

This firm helped me with a personal injury case. Kelby was the lead attorney, Megan was the chief assistant, and I worked with Charlynn at the end... All were very nice to work with. Kelby was available within hours of when I would call with questions. Megan was way above average in the way she would respond to my emails and questions. Charlynn was very pleasant, and helpful at the end to get the settlement amount distributed in a very timely manner. Although I would hope not to have another accident, or reason to use this firm again, I would in a heartbeat.......kind of like you don't want to get your auto body shop guy too well !

If you are ever in a vehicle accident The Advocates are the ones you need to call. They really have your best interest at heart, are so courteous, and walk you through all the steps of the settlement process. There’s no pressure to hurry up and settle, they want you to be sure that you have recovered as much as possible before settling. I hope I never have to use their services again but it’s nice to know if I do that they will take care of me.

Was referred to Boise Office by friend who had nothing but great things to say about their experience with the Advocates Sister Office in Pocatello. He was right, their Professionalism is only outdone by their Customer Service. They were very communicative in explaining the process and the steps that were going to be taken. We were always informed of any changes or status, never had to ask. Very very sharp Team, but what takes them over the top is that when they talk to you, they talk to you. You will feel rather quickly their sincere desire to help you and you can’t put a price on that. 5 Stars in my book. I was hit at the start of the year and had my car completely totaled the company that hit me was not interested in helping whatsoever. I had to threaten to get legal action and many other companies would not help me due to them pushing me aside for 5 months. When I reached out to (Kelby, and Megan) they were and are extremely responsive they have helped me every step of the way. The company we are dealing with is very slow to take action but here they are still fighting for me even through my injuries. I seriously can't thank them enough for helping me it's greatly appreciated and I HIGHLY recommend their services.. I am just a normal customer who is by no means getting anything out of writing this review. If you need help reach out to them they will do whatever possible to help out. 6 starts if I could leave that many

I had a car accident in October of 2018. I live in Idaho and needless to say I am a college student who couldn’t afford health insurance. The accident was responsible by the other party. My family called them and explained the situation. They felt like they needed to help me in any way they could. The only thing I cared about was having my medical debt taken car of. The other party’s insurance would only cover a eighth of what my debt was because this accident was so severe I am still recovering from it. I told them I didn’t want any money back to just please try and make the medical debt go away. These people went above and beyond for me they worked on this for over a year to help me and surprised me in the end. I am so grateful to them and all their hard work they achieved for me that I can now move on from this experience with some kind of hope of being okay. They are willing to work for their clients to get them taken care of. I hope I never have to do this again, but if I do I will be a returning client.
