Idaho Legal Justice was an excellent resource during my court proceedings. I brought Sam a strange case that was several years old (motorcycle accident with no follow up). He took the time to understand my case, review the evidence and explain possible outcomes. I feel he gave me his full attention; himself and his staff were easy to communicate with. After retainer Sam was diligent in providing information and keeping me updated. We got through sentencing with probably the best outcome we could have. I attribute that to Sam's communication and my diligence in completing the necessary prerequisites to sentencing. Do your part and Sam will do his. I fully recommend his service to anyone willing to put in the work to better themselves throughout the legal process. Don't expect a lawyer to make your wrongs right. The possession of marijuana was dropped and and I only had to take an eight hour marijuana class and the state owes me money back now from my bond.

So grateful for the time and energy Sam and his team put into getting us a fair settlement from a serious car accident with injuries. They took over the stress of working with a very hostile auto insurance company who was also doing some really unethical things. The insurance company offered us barely half of what we would need to replace our vehicle with a used van similar to the one we had that would fit our whole family. They weren't willing to pay any additional medical or anything for the month off of work from injuries or pain and suffering. Sam went way above and beyond to help make sure we got a fair settlement.
