Randolph Rice is truly for the people. He exceeded my expectations as my lawyer. You can tell by the way he speaks he commands power and you are secure with him as your representation. Mr. Rice is a former prosecuting attorney and still has respect amongst the courts. During my trial he was treated with the utmost respect from an older Judge and I had more than a favorable outcome. I would recommend him for any criminal charge.

Mr Randolph was very pleasant 2 deal with. He cared about my case and the fact that i was a working father and was been charged 4 things i should ha e never been charged with. The state was just trying 2 get a guilty plea and did everything they could 2 get it. I was facing some big charges and i Mr Randolph got the state to offer 1 year unsupervised probation and a six year suspended all put time served if i agreed 2 take anger management classes b4 sentencing. When we went back the judge did not give me what i was offered. She said she never told us that she would give me that deal. Mr Randolph stuck it out and requested the court hearing video and the judge made the statment 2 times about the deal and we went back 2 court a 3rd time 2 try 2 get the judge 2 honor the 1st deal i was offered due 2 the fact i did my part of the deal like i was told. The judge didnt like it but she did honor her word and changed my sentence and also got the $ i owed 2 the probation thrown out because i would have never had 2 pay anything in the 1st place if i received what i was supposed 2. Thanks alot Mr Randolph Rice. Great job.

On Friday November 13, 2015, of all days, I was struck with some bad luck in the form of a red light-running BMW. My truck was totaled and I sustained injuries to my head, shoulder and lower back. The other driver’s insurance company disputed that their client was at fault and so the battle began. It was stressful knowing the person responsible for my injuries and losses refused to accept responsibility, prolonging the stress and frustration. Randolph and his team worked vigorously on my case and kept me informed throughout the process. The quick response times to my phone calls and emails by both him and his staff were one of the things I appreciated most.
