Time is non-existent and I went to this establishment for help Summer 2022. I was dismissed and turned away by someone whose name escapes me, an AKA Soror, thought to be Graceful, Empathetic, Understanding, Supportive, Ready and Willing to Take the Charge. I had every right to be there and needed all the help of which my case might have been won in August 2022 had I been given representation. Federal Programs provide funding for services I should have been given access to. It has taken more months than I had to spare with a postponement for February I'm given the Run around and my lawyer never showed up for a meeting they scheduled after we both initially forgot about the first meeting. I pray that someone finds the right thing to do to compensate a great injustice that I have endured is to make sure I win my case. We shall see. Great convenient location. Walk-in friendly. Give your best wishes to the Security Enforcement on-site, She's Awesome.

Got the information I needed in a timely manor security was very helpful clerks had great customer service and went above and behind to help was not given clear instructions on what machine to use when you go in to get a ticket and set an extra 5min until a clerk called my number just to find out I had to get another number for the services I needed with a little patience I was in and out

I had some riders on my case but as of the end of last year the lawyer that initially worked with me quit and my case was transferred twice within a few months so I've lost interest in them helping me. Apparently the other 2 lawyers also quit. Definitely would like to know what's going on there. **BTW BE NICE AND STOP SPENDING YOUR WEEKENDS GROUPING UP W/ YOUR FRIENDS TO JOYRIDE AND SHINE LIGHTS IN PEOPLES CAR MIRRORS AND ALL THE OTHER TACTICS YALL SEEM TO COME UP WITH TO PROVOKE PEOPLE--BE A BETTER PERSON TO SOCIETY PLEASE**

Excellent work done by them used them for a few cases one was a disabled family member that they helped get her disability ask thru after she was bore with cerabelpasyl and she fought and was denied since a child 16surgerys since she was 3 to 16 every couple mthe to turn a twist plates the put in her leg hip and hand so she could learn to walk and b some what normal but repeatedly turn away n denied but she finally got partial disability and now fight for full
