I really like my attorney he was really great :-) I have to tell you he was really the best! He was kind to me prior to the trial and he helped me. Course there was no trial The girl didn't come in the court room. So what can I say... So her shoot against me was dropped of course and I really didn't care about the suit I was filing against her. Or I should say it was the state of Maryland student against her. At any rate the attorney was fabulous I would strongly strongly strongly recommend him to anyone!

Good quality lawyers. Keep calling them to make sure they are on top of your case because, since they’re so good at what they do, they’re busy. I would recommend them but make sure you meet the lawyer you are dealing with and hammer all the details out. Good luck out there tiger

Mr. Maronick was absolutely incredible. He fought from day one for me. Without him present on my bond appeal when arrested I would have absolutely not been let out on my own recog. He always answered or got right back to me he answered any and all questions and made me feel good about the upcoming court dates. Till the very last second he continued to make things happen. He literally got from them offering a year to a man of 60 days then got that to only ptobation. In the middle of the night, I received a call that all mothers dread. My son had been arrested. I went into panic mode. I live over 700 miles away and felt absolutely helpless. I called several attorneys from different law firms to no avail. At 11:30am, that morning, I found the Law Offices of Thomas Maronick Jr. LLC on Google. Best DWI lawyer on the East Coast. I recently acquired Tom services and was blown away when he was able to exceed expectations. I was facing my fourth DWI And certain that I was going to see jail time. I asked Tom to try to negotiate it in a way that I would not be incarcerated for consecutive days because I would lose my job. At best I was looking for 30 to 60 days which I was trying to get broken up into weekends. I took Tom‘s advice and check myself in to Right Turns 28 day inpatient program. He informed me that they allow work-release so I would not miss much time at work. Following the steps that Right Turn put in front of me, along with their courtroom presents and Mr. Maronick persuasion in the courtroom, I walked out of there with one year sentence, suspended & two years probation. So I came into my case with literally no sense of direction or information, all I had in the beginning was opinions from friends who had been through similar situations. I've never had a run in with legal issues before not even as much as a parking ticket. From the beginning his Paralegal gave me a few things to make sure I took care of so they'd be able to give me their maximum effort and after that it was pretty much a blink of an eye. I was in search of an attorney for a DUI I received in OC Md. Through research on the web I decided to hire Tom. He gave me a price during our interview that covered the court and MVA appearances. Worchester county is the worst place in Md. to get a DUI. This was my second DUI although my first was 35 years ago. I was told by two other attorneys that a second PBJ was out of the question and I would be lucky to stay out of jail. During my interview with Tom he told me that he would try his best to get me that second PBJ and he did. Tom did not let anyone else handle my case and he fought for me during trial and at the MVA hearing. Tom got a ruling in my favor at the MVA hearing so I did not lose my CDL license. He took that decision to circuit court and fought for a PBJ and we got it. I can't thank Mr. Maronick enough for what he did but I can tell you that without Tom on my side this would not have been my outcome. I would recommend Mr.Maronick to anyone I know.

Finding yourself in a situation where you need a lawyer is terrifying. In my case, not only did I find myself in that position, I found myself in that position less than a week before my court date(part of it was my fault).The morning I emailed Mr. Maronick's office he was traveling. He emailed me back as he flew. I was given options as to how I wanted to proceed. My options were presented in a way in which I was able to make an informed decision, and within hours everything was handled for me. I went to court for two incarcerable traffic offenses (and I have a DUI under my belt from 8 years ago) and my disposition was probation before judgement.
