By far, the best attorney's office ever. From the beginning once you contact them, these guys work with you and it actually feels like they care about you and not the money. My case work, a Miss Tawanda Sheffield was checking up on me regularly and assuring me that my case is being handled well. She was the most professional attorney representative I have ever talked to. When I wouldn't understand anything, these guys would easily explain it to me. At the very end, they sent me a personal letter thanking me for doing business with them. While my case was handled quite professionally by Matt and his Case Handler Jasmine Jimenez, I do wish they would’ve kept me in the loop a little more on how much money was being spent on my medical issues compared to how much liability insurance the guy that hit me had. I have been made up to date with what has been going on with my case. My case was different than most since it involved a commercial vehicle. I would recommend this firm to help you but having the insurance coverage and company information validation done early will certainly help. I would like to say that any delay in our case wasn’t the fault of the law firm. If you get assigned a good attorney and liaison for your case and keep accurate records you will have a great experience. I am just going to say that you are better off having a attorney and representation for an injury accident than doing all of these issues yourself. My only concern was the miscommunication and delay in confirming both parties had provided valid information at the time of the accident. This has not been the failure or fault of the attorney I was represented by and mainly reflects the confusion of keeping track of multiple business vehicles on one insurance plan or many fleet plans under one company but many policies in a commercial environment. I would like to say that having the attorney has greatly reduced my burden of getting the right care and getting the treatment I needed. Honestly, in the beginning I didn't know what to expect from this experience. My whole life was flipped over from the accident, my arm went through the passenger side window and struck the concrete when the truck rolled over on it's side, my right arm was torn open and that's where it all began. After spending hours in the emergency room, doctor's digging glass and debris from the wound. I ended up with 14 stitches and a mangled mess of an arm. A few days later I received a call from the insurance company, they informed me that there was nothing they could do. So with my arm infected and in a sling, I felt absolutely defeated, worrying about how I was going to get my arm fixed. I honestly didn't know what I was going to do, knowing that my arm would never be the same again. But then I made a decision to call Mr. Nugent's law firm and see what my opinion were. As soon as they answered the phone and I explained my situation, they automatically put my worries to ease. She reached out to me on a regular basis, to check on my treatments and kept me updated on the case. She calmed any fear or question that I had, and I'm so thankful for that. My name is Jose R Villar. I knew that my case was not going to be the easiest one since I’m also on Chapter 13. My Chapter 13 lawyer was not helpful at all, and it took me a year and a half to finally get them to do what they needed to do in order for me to be able to keep some of the money that I needed to cover medical expenses that I had to paid from my wife medical condition. I’m very thankful to Ms. Kioka T Smalls, because she was there for me for the entire time. There was not a week that she didn’t either email me or text me to keep me updated on what was going on. She even help me by sending my Chapter 13 lawyer paper work in numerous times even thoe they always said that they never got the email ( which was something normal from them to said, because they were always lying) but Ms. Smalls was always willing to resend them and never complaint and never even show that it was upsetting to her or anything.
