Atlanta drivers are the worst! Car accidents come with, not only physical pain, but emotional, and mental pain as well. My medical providers weren't the easiest to deal with, but Mark and Diane made it so much easier for me. I'm echoing other reviews, but they really do make a terrible situation better. From calming my nerves at initial contact, wanting to change medical providers, pushing to get as much care as I needed when providers wanted to end, to multiplying what the insurance company offered. They had my back and will go to bat for you, for sure.

This LAWFIRM is unbelievably amazing. I got to a very bad car accident in September, 2019 and My vehicle ended up being totaled loss. I called Kanner & Pintaluga LAWFIRM and they took 8 months to get a response. They never call me for any update, missing documents, blaming the COVID-19 for their lacking, etc. Their staff/lawyers are very rude with responding to your concerns. They kept blaming the insurance for their delays and they will always lie about where they were with my status and my attorney was never at work. I was very hesitated to call a new lawfirm because I didn’t know I could have changed LAWFIRM. After 6 months, I told myself to keep calling K&P every week for 2 months straight so I can be sure that they kept lying, lying, lying and being rude, rude and rude. It’s crazy how I caught them in a lot of confronted lies because they didn’t know that I will always check behind them After I hang up with them. So I Got feed-up and grew some balls and called GEORGIA AUTO LAW. When I called GEORGIA AUTO LAW, I spoke to the attorney, Mark, directly and I told him my situation with K&P and how they couldn’t fight my case with my major injuries, and etc... K&P wanted to put me in debts by coming out short with paying my bills and take my case to ligation (even more debts) when it didn’t have to resolve like that. Mark has a very small staff and they are very responsive to you concerns. He worked on my case so diligently and carefully. They have a texting system where they respond to you very quickly and they don’t give you any time barrier like these other offices. What I love about them the most, is that they work with your job schedule and that was very helpful for me.They always called or texted me with any small updates. I seriously used to think that all lawyers were liars and frauds but Georgia Auto Law really changed my perspective. Mark knew the potential of my cAse so we didn’t have to go to ligation. It took him less than 2 months to get me lots, lots, and lots of money for my pain and suffering. I’m very satisfied with this LAWFIRM in all angles. They all are awesome and understanding people. I am VERY happy that I listened to the lord about changing attorneys because I would have been screwed BIG TIME!!!!
