I reached out to Ali Awad Law right after the accident considering he had great reviews and was also someone my husband knew from back in school so he felt like someone familiar though we never really interacted before .. I’m almost done and soon to close on my case and though it’s been a lengthy process I’m hoping we have the best outcome .. at first we had a bit of a lack of communication and constant change of people over my case but I finally was settled in with Elena , Ever since my calls and msgs have been returned in a timely manner . I’m very content with the costumer service she has provided so far and the options she has offered me in different situations . I’m nervous to hear back from the insurance but I’m also very trusting and have a lot of faith that Ali Awad & his lawfirm will try and get us what we deserve from our accident . I was admitted to the hospital in April, 2020 with a concussion, memory loss and other injuries. I couldn't remember how to use my phone, so I asked around and found someone willing to help me figure it out. I searched my contacts but didn't recognize any of the names. I felt isolated. There was on one I could call to bring me a change of clothes to replace those that were cut off by either the First Responders or the Emergency room staff. I asked staff if the Gift shop carried menswear, it was closed due to the lockdown. I thought, "I've got no choice but to wear this hospital patient gown when I get discharged - I'm gonna be 'That Guy' at the bus stop". At that point I didn't know what else to do, so I focused on something I could do - search for law firms. Ali Awad Law, PC. had the highest rating of 4.9. I spoke with Intake Director Charles Rivera, he's highly proficient at assessing client needs. For instance, by the end of the intake he had a list of the articles of clothing that I needed. I don't remember how the subject even came up! My list: 1 long sleeved shirt, 1 pr. jeans, 1 belt, 1 T-shirt, 1 pr. underwear and 1 pr. socks. He delivered the items to the hospital and left them at the lobby front desk because patient visitations were suspended due to the lockdown. Staff brought them to my room. Opening that package reminded me of Christmas Morning. Mr. Rivera had added a few extra items: 2 face masks, 2 pen hand sanitizers, 2 pr. disposable gloves and 2 pr. shoe booties. He also took time to make sure that I understood the known Covid Safety Protocol. When I cross referenced his text messages with my monthly planner, I realized that he did this on Easter Sunday. I don't know if he has a wife and children, or if he even celebrates Easter, but regardless, he put his schedule on hold to help me. Very little was known about Covid then, yet Mr. Rivera put himself in harms way for a stranger. "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends". John 15:3 I hope to be in a position to return the favor someday. I knew my recovery would be an uphill battle, but I really wasn't prepared for the unforeseen circumstances that came with it. Confusion, Nightmares, Flashbacks, PTSD and personnel changes are the few that I can mention here. The others spin a complexed web that I'm not at liberty to discuss. Confusion is at the top of the list because it occurs most frequently and causes problems daily. Due to the nature of my injuries, it was becoming increasingly difficult to manage my schedule. I've had as many as four appointments in a day. Some days there were appointments and errands combined, those were my worst days. Then there were the two law firms representing me on different aspects of the case. I existed in a state of perpetual overwhelm and the confusion had gotten so bad that I couldn't make the distinction between the two sides of the case. I noticed a difference when Mohammad Chaudhry took over as my new Case Manager. He was accessible - an advocate who kept me updated, always returned my phone calls and replied to my emails. There was something calming about his approach that put me at ease - made the chaos of managing my schedule seem a little easier to deal with. Mr. Chaudhry is an Outstanding Ambassador for the firm. I had to lookup Pre Lit Paralegal, before writing this review, in order to make sure that I'm correct in saying that Rebecca Boyer exceeds the scope of her duties in facilitating my ongoing recovery. I'd already been through several disruptive changes in personnel with the healthcare teams and the law firms, so I was frustrated and angry about the idea of having to go through another intake. When Ms. Boyer called to introduce herself I was very skeptical, but it didn't take long for me to realize that she wasn't your typical Pre Lit Paralegal. There was a uniqueness about the quality of her time that let me know she cared about me as a person, not just another client. Ms. Boyer is The Gold Standard of Excellence in this profession. She's 'The Template.

Prior to hiring Mr. Ali Awad to help represent me in my rear end collision while driving for Ride Share last March; I was in Great Pain, no health insurance, frustrated, two lawyers down,VERY few and mediocre physical therapy visits ;which consisted of me sitting in pain in OFFICE chairs hooked to a machine I wasn't briefed on with a heating pad while my therapist was on her phone most of the hour. I had never been through a accident and was very nervous I was being taking advantage of. The first day I talked to ALI not a secretary, office manager, random doctors office... ALI! I had a appointment for physical therapy, MRI and any other appointment needed to get me on the road to a healthy recovery THE NEXT DAY. ALI CARES PERIOD!! 🤣🤣 too good to be true, he seems to be, so I get (NOT RESPECTED)the accusation being spread! I take this back,he never got me what I should of gotten,I had spoken with other attorneys but of course it was to late at this point,But other attorneys said for the bad accident I had,which I remind you I was flipped in a truck 6xs I had over 50 scrapes and bruises- I should of gotten so much more money-Ali said it was bc I didn’t go to many doctors- well I reassured this attorney and all his helpers I had no car that they wanted me to go we’re talking 6 xs a week to a chiropractor,then a orthopedic once every 2 weeks,then a therapist once a week,it was ridilious and all these facilities was far away not just a hop,skip,and a jump away - and with no car every time I had to pay someone to take me all these places,and I couldn’t bc I couldn’t work,bc of being injured,and the attorney ali kept saying I could reimburse the driver that was taking me for his mileage- well needless to say they never got me a mileage sheet,and I ran out of funds to pay my drivers that was transporting me- but point being,I got hit by total of 4 cars with 2 insurance companies and all ali got me was 10-12 thousand really?anybody that’s smarts knows I could of got way,way more - but he blames it on me not going to doctors,so guess I was suppose to walk to them all,bc he wouldn’t give me even enough money to get me a car so I could- but yet it’s all my fault- Then his office is in Downtown Atlanta I’m talking better carry someone with u or u might get stabbed,or killed can’t park no where unless u pay every time- and if u don’t pay then they just tow ur car- so dealing with all that BS esp got a little selllement- and believe me him and his office workers they will trick u tell u ur getting a million dollars,just til u sign ur name,then there like u didn’t do enough treatment he’s BS don’t use none of them if you’re smart-
