Zeno and team were great from start to finish. We were out of town buyers and the communication was great throughout the process. They even allowed our 3 year old, 5 month old baby and dog to join us at the closing table as we drove in and proceeded straight to closing! Would definitely recommend.

I called Zeno in a panic when the original lawyer I had been working with could not close my loan at the last minute. I was a day and a half away from closing and it was between Christmas and New Year when most people are closed. My amazing realtor and I called Zeno in a panic and he jumped into action. He worked around the clock on December 29th to make the close happen on December 30th. Zeno certainly saved the day for me. In addition to his quick action, I was impressed by several other things about Zeno and his firm. Right after calling Zeno he sent me information via email that included a link to a video in which he explained the entire closing process. This was very informative and gave me a sense of comfort about the process. Secondly Zeno gave my realtor and I a link to a system where the three of us could exchange messages and documents. Given our tight close, this system was amazing in helping all of us keep on top of everything. Finally, I was very impressed with Zeno's service. Despite the fact that his office was closed for the holiday, Zeno was very patient and took his time with me to make sure I understood everything I was signing. About three months later, there was an issue that surfaced from the buyer. I contacted Atty. Zeno saved me from making a mistake that could have cost me several thousand dollars and access to my house. To make a long story short, my home purchase ended up being really complicated with a four month long closing process because the home was accidentally built on property the seller didn’t fully own - this meant I had no legal access to my house. The seller’s side had multiple shady lawyers that pressured me to close with no marketable title for months, through various shady/band aid fixes. I’ve never bought a home before so I didn’t know the difference, but Zeno remained really firm with them on the right thing to do. I am so incredibly appreciative of him for protecting my interests so well! On top of that, he worked/responded to texts/emails/phone calls on weekends, evenings, even while he was on vacation.
