This is one of the top attorneys in town if you’ve had a car accident. 10/10!!! I am so glad that I went with Adam Winner as my attorney. He got me an amazing settlement, and was really able to negotiate effectively against the insurance company and the sharp lawyer they had hired. I will say that he got all my medical bills paid, and they only took a flat rate of 33%. Other attorneys will stick you with higher charges if they have to do more work, but he kept costs low and only took his firm’s fair share. Their contract is very straightforward, no extra fees or anything involved. I loved the transparency. The staff at this office are not only knowledgeable and friendly, but the customer service was amazing. I did not feel discriminated against at all for being different. They are timely and competent. I love their location also, it felt very inclusive. All my interactions felt genuine and I did not feel like a dollar sign. The schedule for meetings was also very flexible. They aren’t pushy and were comfortable to work with. Adam was able to explain everything to me in layman’s terms pretty well. My case was not rushed. It took time, but that time was well spent making sure everything was done right. And in the end it paid out well. The outcome was so much better than I expected, I can honestly say I am thrilled. They are very competent here. If you have to pick a lawyer for personal injuries, go with this one. They will get you the best outcome.
