Mr. McCook was my attorney for my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case. I had tens of thousands of dollars in credit card debt and was absolutely drowning. I have been waiting on an approval from disability for 2 years and am now going through a divorce. Even though I'm still married to my husband, I was able to file for bankruptcy separately from him.
