Today was my second visit here and the reason for it was to sort out an issue regarding obtaining medicaid for a relative. Ms. Gomez was very helpful in being persistent to solve my concerns regardless of how long it may take. I was at the point of giving up however, she had reached back and pushed to work the situation out. She had made my experience much more comfortable. And I would definitely recommend coming here for your needs.

If you can get past the caseworkers that act as if the benefits comes directly out of their checks you should be good. The best time of day to do anything is after lunch if you go 1st thing in the morning without an appointment prepare to be there all day. Just be happy Mr.Martin no longer works there.

Don't know to much about it. Just walk In to ask a question. Long wait for a question but overall not a bad experience. The lady I spoke to seemed polite.
