Ease of access to visitors parking. Clean parking spaces. I was delivering a small home appliance that had been serviced at State Vacuum and Sound Inc. for a customer that is a resident here. Front desk assistant was courteous and helpful!

Nice Front Desk/Security. The place could use WiFi Network Extenders or Booster's so Everyone who reside's above the 2nd Floor can access the "Free Wifi". These people are Elderly, on Social Security and 75% live below Poverty standard's in Florida. As of January, 2021, my Grandma cannot access the "Free-Wifi" because she reside's on the 12th Floor.

My brother moved from NYC to this location. It is very well kept and a great place for seniors to live with a few amenities as well as an awesome view.
