Really clean, really good variety On food only 2 Irritating things; you can only go once a month, And it’s up a gigantic hill And using gigantic is an understatement its much bigger!

Awesome, consistent and well managed, this food bank is amazing. They offer a single large grocery bag of food. There are (always) fresh vegetables and sometimes they have meat. The meat is given out if they have it from my understanding and its typically been raw chicken drumsticks or raw frozen fish. There's also bins with asorted foods to choose from. Typically these have more of the food that's already in your bag and are created at least in-part by the guests placing what they don't want back into the community pool of the bins. The bins are accessible on a multi layered shelf stand and via the large grocery bags that are left as extra. There are lots of special provisions, like HBA items available once a month. They typically have toilet paper, toothpaste, and deodorant as well as shampoo. There are also bags of dog and cat foods available. You can also request really nice snack bags for your kids. I believe they have infant items like diapers as well as sometimes books (which are typically involved with the theme of Jewish lifestyle). Overall a great place. Check the hours, because it varies and it's not every day.

This organization is the best. God bless every one working in this place. You do not imagine how helpful and great they are. I will never forget their efforts with my issues when I first arrived to this country and lived in Kent . It has been two years since I knew them and they are still ready to offer me help whenever I call them.

What can I say Jewish Family Services? The people are the friendliest people you'll find anywhere. The last Wednesday of every month there is a cooking class for free. Hosted by a young man named Brian who is just the best cooking instructor you could ever hope to learn from. The place is clean. They are very generous to the community. I love Jewish Family Services! Thank you Brian for all that you do for us!
