This is an awesome space for working. The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. The energy from the ambition of the new businesses achieving their dreams surrounds and inspires. The kitchen area has everything you would need and the internet is lightning fast.

I don't like incubators that try to message communities. Be available to whomever needs you. As a space it's pretty nice. Parking like everywhere else in New Orleans is a pain. Programming is interesting as well. The chairs and tables in the large conference room are noisy and loose. But I like the cement floor. The place does appear a bit cluttered at times even though it's clean.

This place is sweet! Shared office spaces, modern and clean. They could do with bigger parking (we had issues because they had two events at once) but other than that it was a pretty cool place.

This is a thriving social business and nonprofit incubator off the beaten path and well worth a detour. Propeller is special in that it is also a coworking space open to the public, with event space available at hourly rates for many kinds of community gatherings. People stop in from all around the world to learn about how Propeller focuses on New Orleans Health Care, Education, Water and Food issues. It is very personal, and a great resource for networking with good hearted people who care deeply about their community and the environment on micro and macro scales.

I was working as a vendor with my daughter jewelry. Simply Divine Jewelry. The building is nice, staff nice. You can rent conference rooms for meetings and events, office space as well.

Great place to work with very reasonable membership prices. Good coffee machine and decent atmosphere. Always ample parking even if you need use the local area.

There are few co-working spaces in New Orleans that offer fast wi-fi, parking, comfortable seating areas and friendly people working to make the city better. If you are looking for a place to house your socially-conscious venture I highly recommend Propeller.

Friendly place with knowledgeable staff. They have a 25k prize for startups to compete for. Just as important is the great selection of drinks and snacks for when you are working.
