The inside is the most depressing building ive ever been inside but it was quick i just filled my application out and left and the lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. And they have security for some reason maybe itd make sense to you but not really to me. I guess it is an office building though but yea 7/10

I received fast, courteous service and was met by serious, protective policemen and smiling employees. I was in and out in a jiffy. It does not get better than that, especially in a pandemic!

Newest Metro Center location is so much better than the old 2nd Ave spot. Clean office. Self service options reduce your wait. Long waiting lines are gone! Terrific improvements.

Very impressed with the lady that was working the front desk was very helpful she's leaving in a couple of weeks to have a baby and maybe things may change but I liked her attitude of personality and she was very helpful

So much better than the old location on 2nd Ave. Office has been fine tuned, cutting wait time by 2/3. Everything is organized and stream lined! I was only inside the building for just a few minutes. Ample parking available too!
